Asuka R# Joins Guilty Gear Strive As The Final Character In Season Pass 2
Arc System Works has revealed the final downloadable character for Season Pass 2 of Guilty Gear Strive: Asuka R#, who once served as the main antagonist of the Guilty Gear series under the name That Man, will join the roster on May 25.
Asuka is a projective-heavy character who wields 26 different spells in a match. He briefly appeared previously in the game’s story mode via cutscenes, but despite being a former final boss character, this marks the first time Asuka is playable in any Guilty Gear game.
Asuka R# is the final character to be released as part of Season Pass 2, where he will join Bridget, Sin Kiske, and Bedman?. Arc System Works has already announced plans for a third season pass of downloadable characters, but no specific names have been revealed as of this writing.

Street Fighter 6 roster – every confirmed character
Want to know who made it onto the Street Fighter 6 roster? Looking back to older games in the series, Street Fighter 4 launched with 25 characters, but the lacklustre Street Fighter 5 featured just 16 characters on day one. Capcom appears to be learning from its past mistakes with Street Fighter 6’s roster, bringing a mix of fan favourites, revamped returning characters, and new fighters.
While the Street Fighter 6 release date is pencilled in for June 2023, there’s still plenty of time for the devs to reveal a few more surprises to the roster. In the Street Fighter 6 showcase, Capcom announced the Year 1 Character Pass contains four characters, one new and three returning fighters. The Street Fighter 6 roster features 18 characters at launch.

Zelda’s voice actor didn’t know she was auditioning for the titular character
It turns out that the voice actor behind Zelda in both Breath of the Wild and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom didn’t even know she was auditioning for the character.
To say Nintendo is secretive is like saying you need air to breathe: the two come hand in hand. Obviously that’s especially been the case with Tears of the Kingdom, a game that only really had proper trailers this year, just a few months before it came out. So it shouldn’t be all that surprising to hear that Zelda’s voice actor herself, Patricia Summersett, was not told that the character she was auditioning for was in fact the princess of Hyrule.
In an interview with IGN, Summersett spoke about her role as Zelda, and how she ended up with it in the first place. Unsurprisingly, she wasn’t told all that much about it prior to her audition. “It just looked like an RPG fantasy,” Summersett shared. “I didn’t have any other information than that it was for a princess character who had a lot of weight on her shoulders.”
