She is carrying a basket in an Asda[/caption]
Over a year on her family are “desperate for answers” in their hunt to find her.
New footage released on Monday shows Alisha standing in an Asda holding a shopping basket.
Detectives have since launched a murder investigation.
They said: “That little piece of information might give us what we need to know to locate Alisha.”
The footage was shown on BBC Crimewatch Live last night.
Detective Inspector Andrew Naismith said the video was recorded on January 17.
Alisha is shown with a man who is wearing a Covid facemask and a hat.
The pair appear to be looking at the shelves before walking away.
Det Insp Naismith said: “She’s actually in a supermarket and she actually uses her bank card on this date.
“This is the last official transaction we have of Alisha using anything to do with her bank account.
“We know that later this day she travels to Sunderland Bridge in the Croxdale area of Durham so we know at this point she is alive and well.”
Cops say the young woman was vulnerable at the time she went missing and was dependent on alcohol.
They believe she was picked up in Ashton-under-Lyne on January 14 last year.
Between then and January 22, Alisha is said to have travelled from Durham to Glossop in Derbyshire.
She was seen in a gold Volkswagen Passat, in the Glossop and Chapel-en-le-Frith areas on that date.
No one has seen or heard from her since.
Det Insp Naismith added: “This is the vehicle that we believe Alisha was travelling in.
“She is a front seat passenger.
“We have recovered this vehicle but this vehicle is really important to our inquiry. This was on January 17 as well.”
A man, 59, was arrested on suspicion of murder in March last year but was released under investigation.
A second man, aged 50, was also arrested in the same month on suspicion of assisting an offender.
He has since been released with no further action taken.
Greater Manchester Police have said there is nothing to suggest anyone else is involved in her disappearance.
