The dermatologist provided several free hacks to tackle this problem[/caption]
The board certified dermatologist, known by her followers as @dr.mamina, said she treats acne every day and revealed the free things you can do to cure it.
She captioned the helpful video: “Skincare involves more than actual topical products. These are simple yet impactful (and free) ways that can compliment your skincare regimen”.
The first and most vital hack she shares is to “keep your phones clean”.
Explaining how we touch our phones everyday, the doctor revealed that they’re “covered in bacteria”.
The next fact left her followers feeling queasy as she said: “One study showed that our phones have way more bacteria than a public restroom”.
Holding your phone to your face to take calls could transfer that bacteria to your skin and increase the risk of skin issues.
“I strongly recommend that you keep your phone clean,” she added.
Explaining how to eliminate the problem, Dr Mamina said: “You can do this by wiping it down with antibacterial wipes, you can also use a damp cloth with soap and water, or use a cloth with 70 per cent alcohol”.
This cheap and easy hack could help tackle your acne in just seconds.
The video post racked 1.6k likes and viewers were quick to leave their thoughts and appreciation for Dr Mamina’s hack.
Dr Mamina has over 930k followers on her TikTok page and over 18.2million likes in total.

Previously, she has used her platform to help her followers who may need some extra breast support.
“I’m back with a quick hack,” @babeinpinksilk told her followers as she recorded herself sitting in bed with a robe on. “Trust me, this hack, especially for girls with big boobies, works.”
The young woman grabbed a bright orange tank top and announced that she was going to make a few design “edits.”
“When I am going on a night out and I have nothing to wear, I get these from Primark,” she explained.
The simple tank can be purchased from Primark for just $1.50.
The Tiktoker then told her followers that she uses a pair of scissors to cut a straight line down the back of the shirt.
While the initial slice may not look like it amounts to anything, it is supposedly a critical step in the re-design process.
“Put the straps over your shoulders, through your arms, and around your neck,” she said while showing her viewers how she carefully crisscrosses the straps.
In the next clip, @babeinpinksilk appeared in a mirror showing off the DIY halter top, which appeared to give her chest the lift she desired.
She noted that the alteration was not only more flattering but also very “cost-efficient,” making it all the more appealing for girls shopping on a budget.
“Top hack for my big biddy girlies,” the fashionista concluded.
A few of her followers headed to the comments section to thank the TikToker for sharing her secret.
“I have these tops and will be trying this tonight,” one person exclaimed.
Other people fretted that the thin straps may not be comfortable for ladies with bigger chests.
“My neck would die,” another admitted.
A third TikToker expressed her concerns over the fact that she couldn’t pull off the look without a bra.
“This is so cute but I could never wear one of these tops without a bra,” they claimed. “Would take someone’s eye out.”
Bra or not, @babeinpinksilk asked her followers to test out her hack and share their results on social media.

I’m a gardening pro – I found the most mind-blowing hack for plants using crystals, my grandpa swears by it
AN urban gardener has revealed a unique hack for plants utilizing crystals and a good eye.
The TikTok poster can’t take all the credit because it’s a trick that her grandpa swears by.
Kia Jade (@kia_urbangardener) is a self-described urban gardener and content creator.
She shares many of her gardening tips and tricks with viewers online as she navigates gardening in an urban city.
In a TikTok video, the blonde shared a plant hack that has been passed down from her grandfather to her.
Before filming the video, she wrote in the video’s caption that she was reading about a famous Australian gardener called Esther Dean.
She used the crystal technique called Dowsing to identify which seeds were the healthiest to plant.
“Essentially, if it swings really large, the plants really healthy and that’s she would choose the type of seed she was going to plant,” she said in the video.
Kia put that theory to the test in real life with her grandfather by her side and documented it for her audience.
Her grandfather, who also is a farmer, agreed that it’s “what you do.”
He held the crystal over a dead-looking Jade plant to show how still the crystal was around it.
Then, he held it over a healthy Jade plant, and it began to move in a wild circular motion.
Kia said often that he wasn’t moving his hand to dispel any rumors of tomfoolery.
Many viewers liked the theory and voiced it in the comment section of the video.
“Makes sense. Plants hold energy too,” one commented.
“This is right down my alley! Thank you, will try it. Everything is energy,” a fan added.
“Important reason why we need to build more greens and not concrete,” an admirer shared.
“I never saw this ever before. Wow so interesting I got to try this with my plants. Thanks for sharing. Still shocked watching this. Amazing,” a TikTok user wrote.
Criminals Are Using Tiny Devices to Hack and Steal Cars
I rid my backyard of weeds and poison ivy thanks to my sister’s unusual gardening hack – but it’s only for country girls
A COUNTRY girl has shared her sister’s hack for keeping the garden free of weeds and poison ivy.
She said while the gardening tip is effective, it’s best suited for country girls and farm animals.
The Instagram user, who goes by @goat.farm17, showed her sister hopping out of her vehicle.
The country girl was not alone however, bringing baby goats with her.
“POV: your sister brings her goats over to clear out your weeds and poison ivy,” read text over the video.
The camera then showed the tiny goats going to town on the weeds.
They chomped on weeds and poison ivy, improving the look of the garden.
“Goats for hire, this was truly #iconic,” she wrote in the caption.
The video drew in many viewers who shared their thoughts in the comment section.
“I love how they got to sit in the back seat and not the bed of the truck,” one wrote.
“Cutest little lawnmowers,” another added.
“Such hard workers,” a third commented.
“Wait, goats can eat poison ivy, that so cool,” yet another said.
“If I knew someone who had goats I would totally do that,” one more wrote.
The video came as part of a trend of country girls sharing their lifestyles on social media.
The movement shows women doing blue-collar work and even just having a good time and dancing.

Luckily, one trendsetter has offered up plenty of styling advice on her page @beekinibreezeswim.
The curvy fashion entrepreneur began BeeKini Breeze Swim to bring women flattering suits that allow them to embrace their unique body shapes and sizes.
In a recent video, she shared her hack for passing dress codes at higher-end resorts on a hot day.
“You showed up to dinner at your resort with this type of swimsuit on. They’re not going to let you in at most places,” she explained.
Her advice was simple: “Get you a transitional swimsuit.”
The stylist explained that a transitional swimsuit is a simple bathing suit cover-up, as she pulled out a sheer black dress to pull on over her bikini.
“You still keeping it sexy but you’re covered,” she explained. “You can go have dinner with your girls and you don’t have to worry about going back to the room to go change.”
In the caption, the confident bikini-bearer left a final piece of instruction for her followers.
“Check your resort dress code beforehand!” she suggested.
Fans were quite eager to get their hands on their own cover-up after seeing the video.
“Is that on your site?” one person asked. “This is perfect. I have lupus and can’t be exposed to the sun.”
The brand’s owner quickly responded that the cover-up is still available on her site, and also comes in other color options.
Some people claimed that there are hotels and restaurants that may not allow such a sheer material.
“Yes you’re right, but some places say nothing see-through,” they wrote.
Fortunately, some of the other BeeKini Breeze Swim cover-ups are made in solid shades.
