Tristan Thompson reacts to ex Khloé Kardashian’s racy new bikini snaps
I’m a gym girl and tried Khloe Kardashian’s exact butt workout – it wasn’t as hard as I expected
A GYM girl tried Khloe Kardashian’s butt workout but said she was surprised after realizing that it wasn’t as hard as she thought.
The Kardashian-Jenner clan is known for their fit physiques, among other things, but one fitness professional tried out Khloe Kardashian’s booty workout and was shocked by how easy it was.
Fitness influencer Sophia Nicole shares with viewers in a TikTok her experience trying Khloe Kardashian’s go-to glute workout.
Known on the platform as @sophianikki, the workout guru typically posts on her social account about celebrity workouts she’s trying, food that “really gets her going” or her love of cycling as an exercise outlet.
With over 100,000 followers on the social platform, the trainer spends a good amount of her time sharing with them her exercise regimen.
In the 30-second video, Nicole demonstrates the five movements Khloe Kardashian swears are key to achieving her amazing body.
The video starts off with Nicole looking flabbergasted into the camera as she exclaims, “Khloe Kardashian has a butt workout online. Let’s review it and do it!”
She quickly moves into the first step in the active routine, which is elevated heel squats.
“I like ’em but honestly you’re gonna target the quads with this,” she states.
The next part of the fitness routine is a workout that many add to their regimen called deadlifts, and the reality star does ten of them.
“Deadlifts. With that hip hinge. Glutes and hammies. It’s giving booty,” Nicole says.
The third part of the fitness routine adds a little bit of cardio to mix it up with some jump roping.
Nicole offers her opinion by saying that she would actually plug the jump rope as a warmup, instead of an actual step in the glute workout.
The fourth addition to the workout lineup is front squats.
“With front loading weight, you’re targeting the front of the body. You’re getting quads,” she claims.
The last part of Kardashian’s butt fitness routine is completed by a single arm snatch.
The fitness guru gave a pretty decent review of the workout routine.
” Okay, overall not so bad. Honestly, I think it’s kind of quad dominant, but I like it,” she states as the video comes to a close.
In addition, Nicole shares that she would add kickbacks, sumo deadlifts, and back squats to the workout.
In the end, the workout seems pretty easy to her, since she and Kardashian both have a healthy diet and live an active lifestyle.

I tried Khloe Kardashian’s Good American jeans – they look embarrassing on my butt & I can get the look for less at Zara
KHLOE Kardashian’s Good American Jeans were a TikToker’s latest bet to complete the near impossible task of finding a good pair of jeans.
Despite the high hopes, they didn’t fit well, and other places had the same look for less.
Lifestyle TikTok creator Mary Renée (@maryrenee_w) spent $1,000 at Good American to scout for the perfect pair of jeans.
According to Good American’s website, the brand is committed to challenging industry norms for a collection that is 100 percent inclusive.
The brand, started by Emma Grede and Khloe Kardashian in 2016, has made a name for itself with its mission to promote body positivity.
Good American’s pledge to inclusivity starts with a diverse range of sizing, beginning at 00 and going to 24.

The five-foot-one TikToker, who normally wears a size 0, said she splurged on the brand because “these are the only jeans that fit.”
Renée tried on the Good Waist Jacked Step Hem in the color “Blue 850,” $104.30. She described the first pair as an “essential skinny jean.”
This pair is designed with a gap-proof waistband and reinforced belt loop for maximum comfort.
“They’re super stretchy and comfortable,” she added, modeling the hole in the knee. “I love her stretchy skinny jeans,” she added.

Renée also showcased the Good Legs Crop Chewed Hem in “Blue837,” saying “these ones make my butt look good.” This best-selling pair retails for $139.
The TikToker then tried the Good 90’s in the shade “Blue812,” which retail for $155.
“These ones were hard as hell to get over my butt,” she said.
“For the first time ever, they actually fit my stomach and my hips,” she added. “They don’t make my butt look that good.”
Next, Renée tried on the Good Icon jeans in the shade “Blue952,” which are currently $149.
“They flatten my butt like a pancake,” she noted.
The petite digital creator was extremely disappointed in the mom jeans.
“I’m also sweating getting them on,” she added. “They’re not stretchy, they’re not comfortable, they’re not it.”
Renée also purchased the Good Boy 32″ Inseams in the shade “Indigo041,” $155.
“Unfortunately, they’re really cute from the front but I’m going to send them back,” she said, adding she could get a cheaper dupe for $100 less at Zara.
She was not a fan of the fit, adding she would feel “embarrassed” to wear the jeans.
Lastly, Renée showcased the Good 90’s in the shade “Black222.”
Though the pair is currently unavailable on the Good American site, they can be found online at Saks for $66.99-$83.00.
“They’re not as tight in the waist as the other one,” she noted. However, she concluded she was a fan of the baggy fit.
TikTok users were grateful for the honest haul and review. One commenter said: “You’re the first person I’ve seen try jeans who is the same height ad weight as me. Thank you for this.”
Renée chimed in: “Omg perfect!! It’s hard out here for us shorties.”

KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN
Perhaps no sister puts her best foot forward more often than Kourtney.
The newlywed and her husband, Travis Barker, have never been shy about showing off their love, and that includes some feet PDA
Last year, the rocker and reality star transformed themselves into Alabama and Clarence from the iconic film, True Romance.

The pair dressed up like Christian Slater and Patricia Arquette’s characters in the movie.
In the photos, the Poosh founder sat on the trunk of a convertible while Travis sucked on her bare foot.

During last year’s holiday season, Travis kissed Kourtney’s foot and posted about it on Instagram.
He captioned the post: “All I want for Christmas.”
Kourtney replied in the comments: “You’ve been extra good.”

The couple also honored one of the most influential foot moments of all time when they reenacted the climactic scene from Cinderella.
In the close up shot posted to her Instagram Stories, Kourtney portrayed Cinderella by holding her foot out while her soon-to-be husband slid her heel on.
She included a screengrab from the famed animated scene where the prince fits Cinderella with her glass slipper, mimicking the romantic moment.
Similarly, when she launched her new vitamin gummies brand Lemme in September, Kourtney couldn’t resist adding a close-up of her toes in a promotional video.
She showed off her painted toenails and the natural wrinkles on her feet as the reality star-turned-entrepreneur embraces aging.
KIM KARDASHIAN
Khloe once hilariously called out sister Kim after she and her then-boyfriend Pete Davidson went toe-to-toe in a series of NSFW photos.
One photo in the bunch showed the reality star lying with her feet up against Pete’s chest.
Khloe had plenty to say about the snap, commenting: “Do you guys have a foot fetish too?” in reference to Kourtney and Travis.

After years of speculation, Kim finally showed off her feet in 2021, and debunked the wild rumors that she has SIX toes.
The reality star gave evidence that she only has five toes on each foot during an April 2021 episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
While looking at her feet through the camera on her phone, the KUWTK star said: “Guys, everyone thinks I have six toes.”
As she showed off her feet and sandals, she continued: “It’s really kind of wild.”
Kim then counted her toes and pointed out the side of her foot next to her pinky toe, adding: “But then it’s this part of my foot. It like smashes down right here.
“And like in the picture, I don’t know why, it looks like a sixth toe.”
The reality star concluded: “Very baffling.”
Kim has been accused of having six toes multiple times, as fans most recently made the claim after she posted a photo from her controversial birthday party in October.
The strange conspiracy involving the reality star began in 2019, when fans believed they spotted a bonus toe on her left foot.
Back in September, Kim was forced to address speculation over her feet on Instagram after fans claimed they spotted an extra toe.
In a series of videos about her feet, Kim said: “Everyone thinks that I have six toes, and it’s really wild.”
After counting her five toes, the Skims founder explained that what people believed was an extra toe is just the side part of her foot.
She continued: “But it’s this, part of my foot, that when I wear a shoe just like this it like smashes down right here and in a picture.
“I don’t know why it looks like a sixth toe.”
KYLIE JENNER
Kylie was forced to defend her “weird a**” toes after fans spotted something unique when she shared in a series of bikini shots.
The billionaire, 24, showed off her curves in stunning snaps in 2020, but followers couldn’t help but notice that her middle toe was shorter than the others.
After legions of fans commented on how strange they thought the toe was, Kylie was forced to reveal her “weird a**” toe was like that because of an injury.
Speaking on her Instagram Stories, she explained: “So I broke this middle toe in middle school. There’s nothing you can do for a broken toe, so I just had to let it heal how it wanted to heal.”
She continued: “So when I lift this [left foot] up they’re normal and like in place.
“And when I flex this [right foot] up this little guy is like out of place.”
However, at the end she clarified: “By the way I have cute a** feet.”
Kylie went one step further when she jokingly named all of her little piggies.
In an Instagram video, the star focused on her feet, giving each of them special names: Tess, Teague, Tia, Trix, Toby, Tony, Tahnee, Tasha, Talia, and Tina.
The make-up mogul also decided to mix up the genders, telling fans the “big toes are boys.”
“My toes are so famous,” she wrote.
“So we probably should name them at this point.”
KENDALL JENNER
Fans have also noticed an “odd” detail about Kendall Jenner’s feet in her vacation photos.
Kendall, 26, shared snapshots from her tropical getaway on Instagram.
Kardashians fans claimed in an online thread that the snaps were “photoshopped” as the model’s toes appeared “odd and long.”
One fan said: “I couldn’t help but notice how long her toes are.”
Another fan said: “Her toe length is freaking me out.”
A third fan mentioned: “Girl is like ten feet tall. Of course, her fingers and toes will be long.”

My friends and I tried Khloe Kardashian’s Good American jumpsuits in sizes XS to XL – it just feels like a bag on me
A GROUP of friends tried on a jumpsuit from Khloe Kardashian’s brand, Good American, in several different sizes and one said it felt like wearing “a bag.”
Sinead, Sierra, Bridget and Tamera are women whose body types range from extra small to extra large and each tries on the same clothes to see how differently they fit.

Bridget and Tamera, a size large and extra large respectively, liked how baggy the top of the jumpsuit was[/caption]
In a recent video on their YouTube channel, Clevver Style, which has 3million subscribers, the group tries on jumpsuits from four different brands, including Khloe’s inclusive brand, Good American.
After trying on the cinched, brown jumpsuit, which retails for $179, the women said they felt conflicted because they loved the piece but were torn about the fit.
“So, the fit here, I really love it because while it is a button, this tightens,” said Bridget, who wears a size large, pointing towards the tie that cinches the waist.
“You can pull your waist in as snatched as you want, you can wear it loose.”

However, Bridget said the top of the jumpsuit was a little loose, adding that it’s not “how I would normally want a top to fit.”
“But I do think it gives it a chicness and a different style than your typical jumpsuit where it’s all the same fit on the bottom and the top.”
Tamera, who wears an XL, agreed, saying the loose top of the jumpsuit added a chic look to the whole fit.
“My only issue with this, being an extra large is I guess my arms are a bit shorter,” she added, showing that the extra fabric on her arms can be a bit annoying.

However, Sierra, who wears a size medium, had issues with the baggy top of the jumpsuit, adding that she wished it either fit her or was a more exaggerated fit.
“I feel like, with some of y’all, it’s hanging a little bit more on the shoulders…and it just feels like a bag on me at the top,” she said.
Sierra said that the bottom of the jumpsuit is true to size and she wouldn’t want to size down due to how fitted they are.
“I really wanted to like this. I really wanted this to be it for me, but something is just not making me feel super confident in it.”
All four of the women decided the jumpsuit was true to size, despite their differing opinions on it.
“I do think it’s true to size, just as someone that’s bigger on the bottom than I am on the top, I don’t know if this is the jumpsuit for me.”
However, Sierra [middle left] said compared it to wearing a bag[/caption]
