Get two years of NordPass Premium for only $35
It should go without saying that you really need to have a unique, complex password for every account and service you use. Keeping track of all those credentials manually would be an onerous task, which is why everyone could benefit from having a password manager. NordPass is one of our favorite password managers and the Premium plan is currently on sale. In particular, the two-year plan is 56 percent off at $35, plus you’ll get an extra three months of access at no additional cost.
The free version of the service allows you to autosave and autofill passwords, keys and credit card details. Opt for Premium and you’ll get a bunch more features for a reasonable price. For one thing, you’ll be able to remain logged into NordPass when you switch devices and attach files to items you have stored.
You’ll be able to mask your email address every time a website asks you to submit one. Given that the app uses a unique mask each time, you’ll reduce the risk of having your email exposed if there’s a breach. On that note, NordPass Premium can scour the web for data breaches to check whether your personal information was exposed. The app can also pick up on weak or reused passwords and prompt you to change them.
In addition, NordVPN is running a sale on its products, with up to 67 percent off two-year plans. One big benefit of plumping for an Ultimate plan is that it includes NordPass. Two years of access will cost you $153. Our main reservations about NordVPN is that the prices of its plans are too high and it doesn’t have as many features as competing VPNs that Engadget has tested. Still, the discount might be enough to make it worthwhile for you to start using the service.

May’s PS Plus Extra and Premium lineup includes ‘Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart’
Last Friday was the final day for PS5 owners to claim Sony’s PlayStation Plus Collection, a bundle that came with nearly 20 free games, including Bloodborne and God of War (2018). When Sony announced at the start of February the collection was going away, the company said it would instead focus on growing the PlayStation Plus library of monthly games. Unsurprisingly then, May’s PS Plus lineup is chockful of titles you can download to your console, provided you subscribe to PS Plus Extra or Premium. In all, Sony will add 19 titles to the service this month.

Even if you have already played some of the games that are about to join PlayStation Plus, this is a strong expansion for Sony. Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart is one of the PS5’s best exclusives, and titles like Dishonored 2 are downright classics. Separately, Sony is adding four new classic PlayStation games for Premium subscribers to check out.

Earlier this week I announced that RPS Yearly Premium Supporters can claim a game key for the Park Beyond closed beta, running until Friday May 19th. This is your reminder that you can claim them today, from 3pm BST/7am PT – that’s in less than an hour’s time!
RPS premium supporters get access to Park Beyond’s closed beta this week!
Any premium supporters who’re missing out on a good theme park sim may have cause to rejoice this week, as the good folks at Bandai Namco have given us a blast of codes to give away for fantastical theme park ’em up Park Beyond‘s upcoming closed beta test, starting this Friday, May 5th. Park Beyond is not just a complex theme park management sim, or a physics-ish coaster builder (although it is both of those), it’s also an anti-physics weird-ride expando-game, allowing you to unlock increasingly unrealistic upgrades for rides in a process the developers Limbic Entertainment call “impossification”. Deets on how to get your code for the closed beta below.

Activision once again confirms a “full” premium Call of Duty game is coming later this year
Despite reports to the contrary, Activision is moving ahead with the usual plan to release a premium, “full” Call of Duty game this year. Although the publisher revealed practically zero information about the game, it did confirm that it’s happening.
As part of Avtivision’s Q1 2023 financial results, the publisher said to expect the game “later this year,” alongside Warzone Mobile.
Although we used to learn about the yearly Call of Duty releases by now or even earlier in the year, recent iterations were instead revealed much deeper into their respective release years. If this trend continues, don’t expect to hear anything about the upcoming game until later in the summer.
Fortnite Crew Subscribers Now Get Rocket League’s Premium Rocket Pass Too
For nearly two years, Fornite Crew subscribers have enjoyed access to the current battle pass, a monthly deposit of 1,000 V-Bucks, and an exclusive Crew skin with an assortment of other cosmetics all for $12 a month. Starting today, the subscription has another perk: access to Rocket League‘s premium Rocket Pass.
Like Fortnite, Rocket League launches a new season and Rocket Pass about four times a year, and going forward, active Fortnite Crew subscribers will get the latest premium ($10) Rocket Pass for no additional charge. Historically, each Rocket Pass has included more than 70 rewards each season ranging from new battle-cars, wheels, decals, goal explosions, and more.
Like the Fortnite battle pass (and most other battle passes), cosmetics released through the Rocket Pass are exclusive and can’t be obtained once a season ends. The move comes as the latest in a long line of collaborations between the two games, which began after Epic Games, developer and publisher of Fortnite, acquired Psyonix, developer and former publisher of Rocket League.
