I’m a gym girl and people can’t believe my ripped body – or what I eat to keep it that way
A GYM girl has revealed what she eats in a day to keep her body looking ripped.
To keep up with her muscular physique, she insists she must get an optimal amount of protein each day.
TikTok creator Katie eats a whooping 200grams of protein a day to keep her body looking ripped[/caption]

She joked that her blood is made of chocolate milk because of how much she drinks throughout the day[/caption]
“This is what I eat in a day of 200g of protein and god knows how many calories,” TikTok creator Katie (@fitkingkatie) said in a video.
Katie broke down what a normal amount of protein intake looks like on a daily for her and understands it may seem like a lot to some.
She started off by showing her cup of coffee, accompanied by chocolate milk.
In the caption of the video, she made a joke that “My blood is chocolate milk” because of how much she drinks in a day.
One cup of milk has about 8grams of protein.
“I have a cup of coffee with a cup of fair-life chocolate milk,” she said.
Katie then gets into the nitty gritty which includes several other servings of protein.
“My daily vitamin, an English muffin with some Jif all-natural peanut butter, two cups of egg whites, and three turkey sausage, and a peach,” she said.
“One serving of Kodiak cakes with chocolate chips, eight ounces of steak and some brown rice, another glass of fair life chocolate milk.
“Then I have some optimal nutrition pre-workout and creatine.
“Some fair life protein after the gym.
“And I was still hungry, so I got a 10-piece lemon pepper from B Dubs.”
People in the comments were amazed at her massive amount of protein intake.
One user was shocked she can eat 200grams and simply said “200g of protein” with a shocked emoji face.
Another user pointed out how good her body looks because of her dedication to protein and said: “God… you look amazing. Actual goals, great job.”
Others were shocked and said: “D**n girl!!!!” and “D**n little lady.”
There are about 56 grams of protein in eight ounces of steak[/caption]
There are about 14 grams of protein in one serving of Kodiak pancakes[/caption]
There are about 7 grams of protein in one serving of Jif peanut butter[/caption]
Katie said she was still hungry after everything she ate throughout the day so she ended it with a 10-piece boneless chicken wings[/caption]

Larry Wheels Teases Ripped Transformation for Classic Physique Division
Some in the online fitness community may have had doubts, but Larry “Wheels” Williams is quite serious about transitioning to the Classic Physique bodybuilding division. The athlete affirmed these ambitions with a recent update. On Mar. 18, 2023, Wheels posted two revealing photos on his Instagram to showcase his bodybuilding training progress. In the brief caption, the athlete…

Wholesale prices are at a 15-month low.
Freezing fuel duty won’t make a difference to Britain’s drivers, if petrol forecourts keep profiteering[/caption]
But retailers now pocket 19p a litre profit instead of 9p last year.
Freezing fuel duty, as the Chancellor did, makes no difference to White Van Man if forecourts carry on profiteering.
The RAC says if just one major retailer did the right thing and cut prices to justifiable levels, rivals would follow suit.
But that is exactly the effect the Government could bring about permanently with a new Pumpwatch regulator to monitor and publicise prices.
Why did the Budget not mention it?
Out to Africa
FOR all the carping at the “unworkability” of the Rwanda migrants scheme, the African country has the capacity to take thousands who have landed here illegally.
But we suspect only a fraction of those places will be needed.
The concept of a deterrent confuses the Left.
But once small-boat migrants realise they are buying tickets to Rwanda, via Dover, they will go elsewhere.
Channel crossings will dry up.
Denmark and Germany are mulling such schemes too.
But Labour remains so opposed it has absurdly declared Rwanda a “failure” before it has begun.
Blinkered ideology increasingly over-rules solutions in Keir Starmer’s party.
France erupts
IMAGINE if the Tories suddenly raised the retirement age two years without a vote, defying parliament and triggering riots.
The Left would explode.
They would brand Rishi Sunak a fascist, hit him with paralysing lawsuits and public shamings in Parliament.
To Twitter’s halfwits he would be “worse than Hitler”.
But this is President Macron we are talking about — photogenic poster boy for the Remoaner delusion of the liberal, inclusive EU.
He gets a free pass.
As it happens, we agree with Macron.
Tragic though it is to imagine the French having to work beyond 62, the new 64 limit is still lower than most.
If their pension system’s going bust, well, c’est la vie.
Licence to kill
A RISE of 8.2 per cent in the BBC licence could be the last straw for a skint public.
That is the forecast hike in 2024 in line with inflation after a two-year freeze.
Millions are increasingly outraged at paying a mandatory tax on their TV in this modern era of multi-channel choice and subscription streaming.
It is madness that this broadcaster is still funded using a model devised a century ago.
So is the idea that the BBC cannot get by on the £3.7billion currently extracted from us each year and gifted to it by the State
I’m a gym girl with a sleeper build – I’m so ripped men accuse me of faking my leg extensions
A GYM girl has shared that her so-called sleeper build has led men to accuse her of faking her leg extensions.
Licensed personal trainer Amanda Fransson, who posts on Instagram under the handle @amandafranssoonnn, shared the allegations in a recent video.
Amanda starts her video by showing off her gym fit.
She’s seen wearing leggings and a loose-fitting tshirt.
“I’m now going to call myself a ‘sleeper build’ because while I look fit I definitely look a lot weaker than I actually am,” she shared in the video’s on-screen text.
The video then shows various clips of her workout, during which she works on leg extensions and deadlifts, among other areas.
“If you’ve followed my stories the past days, you know that a dude got so provoked by my lifting that he made a whole video claiming that I’m faking the leg extension machine,” her caption reads in part.
“Well this is the video!
“Do you think I’m bringing a fake leg extension machine with me to the gym when I record my workouts?”
Amanda’s video has been liked more than 13,000 times.
The comments section is filled with people supporting the personal trainer.
“Think they are upset you do more on the machine than them,” one person wrote.
“Dude got upset you were repping his PR,” commented another.
“I think you look great honestly and def not weak,” someone else chimed in.
“Nah I think sleeper build is the perfect term. You’re definitely way stronger than you look,” said another.
I’m a fit gym girl – my leggings ripped down the middle during my workout, I just kept going
IT’S every gymgoer’s worst nightmare: the mid-workout wardrobe malfunction.
One experienced fitness fan was horrified to hear a ripping noise during leg day, but her perseverance inspired other women to keep calm and lift on.

Fitness model and medical doctor Stephanie Charles (@dr.stephfit_c) has an impressive resume.
She juggles her healthcare career and a dedicated fitness regimen, so she doesn’t have time to sweat the small stuff.
During an everyday workout, Charles was surprised by a clothing crisis – and she caught it on camera.
“I am so embarrassed,” Charles confessed. “Today, I was doing leg press, and my pants ripped. Split down the middle!”
The footage confirmed her claims. In the clip, Charles abruptly sat up on the leg press machine to check her inseam.
A close-up shot of the leggings (without Charles in them) showed the hole, which was large enough for her to slide a finger through.
“But you know what? That didn’t stop me from getting my workout in,” she continued.
“I was like, ‘Who cares what anyone else thinks’?” Charles said.
On-screen, Charles continued with her workout, moving between machines and completing deadlifts.
She didn’t obsess over the tear, relying on the occasional check-in while she kept working.
“Sometimes, things don’t go as planned,” she continued. “It’s okay to just roll with it and make the best of a situation.
She ended with an inspiring message for her followers. “It’s all about showing up and giving it your all,” Charles reassured them.
Several commenters thanked Charles for her honesty, and admitted they’d also been the victims of an ill-timed tear.
“I feel like this happens way more often than people would think,” one commenter insisted.
“That happened to me two times in the gym,” another viewer confirmed – in fact, it had just occurred the day before.
One woman revealed her “backup plan” for the all-too-common conundrum.
“I always keep a hoodie in my car/gym bag, in cases such as these,” she wrote.
She also said she loved how much determination Charles exhibited.
“I’d think that everyone would focus on their individual routines and not on you,” a gymgoer wrote.
But they made sure to end their comment on a compliment, writing, “I admire that you stuck to plan and got your session in.”
“You turned a negative into a positive,” a supporter agreed.
