Mighty Doom is a new top-down arcade shooter coming to iOS and Android
Mighty Doom is a new top-down shooter starring the Mini Slayer and is launching in select countries on March 21.
Announced by Bethesda and developed by Alpha Dog Games, it takes place in the Doom animated universe. Mighty Doom stars a plastic collectible brought to life by Argent energy. As the Mini Slayer, you soon make it your mission to cut down all of the collectibles of demons from Hell. Why? They ran off with your pet rabbit, Daisy.
As the Mini Slayer, you are customizable and are played using a one-touch control scheme. You can run and gun through demons, dodge attacks, pull off over-the-top Glory Kills, and go up against the Doom Hunter in arena combat.

A research facility suffers a parasitic outbreak, leaving you with one arm, surrounded by mutated monsters. Oh, and you’re also infected by one of those deadly parasites I just mentioned. Jolly!
Google’s new adventure game takes a top-down trip through ancient Mesoamerica
Google’s Arts & Culture division has released a charming new educational game all about ancient Mesoamerica. The game, The Descent of the Serpent, is available to play right now in your browser or via the Google Arts & Culture iOS and Android apps.

While exploring a museum, a large artifact is stolen by Tezcatlipoca, the Lord of the Smoking Mirror, and a living statue asks for your help to recover 20 icons included on the artifact to prevent floods from taking over the world. You, naturally, agree, and the statue says they’ll send you back in time to ancient Mesoamerica.
You’ll be able to pick from one of four adorable animal…
