MMA fans say same thing as UFC’s Dana White flaunts shredded physique after insane body transformation ahead of UFC 287
MMA fans were left blown away after getting a glimpse of UFC boss Dana White’s new physique.
The veteran promoter has become somewhat of an iron junkie over the last decade and piled on several pounds of muscle a few years ago.

White, 53, has got himself in even better shape and is looking absolutely shredded[/caption]
White, however, trimmed down his once-massive frame after being told by blood and DNA experts to change his lifestyle habits.
And judging from his new leaner and meaner physique, he’s clearly yielded their advice.
White shared a snap of himself relaxing on a luxury yacht in Miami with a buddy to his Instagram page on Saturday afternoon.
The 53-year-old was topless in the pool and showcasing a frame his fighters would be proud of.
White’s abdominal muscles – which were deeply carved – were popping through his skin as he soaked up the Miami sun.
MMA fans were blown away by White’s body, with one saying: “God damn, Dana is shredded.”
Another said: “Dana White is 53 years old. Absolutely incredible what you can achieve with diet, exercise and discipline.”
And another one said: “Dana White looking like he’s about to go on a run for the title.”

One remarked: “Damn, Dana White got shredded for #UFC287 in Miami.”
Another chimed in: “What is Dana White’s diet?”
White stunned UFC fans last year by revealing he had been given just TEN YEARS to live after visiting a health guru who conducted blood and DNA tests on him.
During an appearance on the Action Junkies Podcast: “This guy can take your blood and your DNA and tell you when you’re going to die. And he’s right within a month.
“How crazy is that? I had to know. I became f***ing obsessed with finding out the month I’m gonna die.
“I connect with this guy and they come in and do my blood work and they scrape the insides of your cheeks to do your DNA.
“The following Wednesday is when my results are supposed to be back.”
White then added: “He gave me 10.4 years to live.”

MMA fans were divided over the outcome of Edward’s first title defence, which many believe Usman edged.
Two of the judges scored the first two rounds in favour of Edwards, with one giving Usman the second stanza.
All three judges were in unison with their scoring of the third, in which Edwards was deducted a point.
Veteran judge Ben Cartlidge scored the fourth stanza in favour of Usman and gave the fifth to Edwards.
And judges David Lethaby and Chris Lee scored both fights in favour of the defending champion.
The former street kid turned Birmingham community icon Edwards was overcome with emotion after retaining the strap.
He said: “He didn’t get any takedowns and I was defending multiple of his shots.
“I want to say thank you to him, he’s been a great competitor.

“I was trying to get the head kick, but fair play to him because he had perfect defence.”
Usman cut a dejected figure but insisted his second loss on the bounce won’t send him into retirement.
He said: “I think I did enough to win but it was close, I’m not done and I’ll see him again.
“He put on a hell of a gameplan.
“I’m going to get back to my coaches because I can’t sit out for too long, I start getting antsy.”
