THE final F1 race before all the drivers and their teams enjoy a summer break is here with the Hungarian Grand Prix.
Brit George Russell claimed his first-ever pole position with the Mercedes ace to start at the front of the grid.
The Silver Arrows star snatched top spot in qualifying away from Ferrari pair Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc.
But it wasn’t great news for Russell’s team-mate Lewis Hamilton, who has to settle for seventh.
As for Championship leader Max Verstappen, the Red Bull driver will start in 10th spot having lost power in Q3.
