Deal Alert: The Xbox Core Controller in Electric Volt Is Down to $39.99
Today Amazon is offering the Xbox Core controller in Electric Volt for only $39.99. That’s almost 40% off the original $65 MSRP. Only Electric Volt has been discounted down to this price, the rest of the colors are more expensive. Aside from the difference in color scheme, this is the same controller as the one that’s included with your Xbox Series X or S console.
Xbox Core Controller in Electric Volt for $39.99
This controller is based on the Xbox Series X|S controller design, but it will also work on Xbox One. It features textured triggers, bumpers, and back case, making it easier to hold. It also features the disc-like D-pad for more precise input in all eight directions, and the Share button to send your screenshots and video out into the world.
Electric Volt is one of the brightest colors available, and probably the best one to get if you misplace your controllers often. This one features a high-vis yellow top case and analog sticks, with a black hybrid D-pad and face buttons. The bumpers and triggers are also black, but the back case is white.

Deal Alert: Save $45 Off This PS5 God of War Console Bundle at Dell
The PlayStation 5 console is much easier to find now than ever before. Unfortunately, even with the more sustainable inventory, it’s still very difficult to find a PS5 that’s actually discounted. Fortunately, that changes today.
Dell is offering a PS5 Disc Edition console, bundled with the God of War: Ragnarok game and a second DualSense (Cosmic Red) controller, for only $589.99. If you were to buy the PS5 God of War bundle alone, it would run you $559. The DualSense controller in Cosmic Red costs an additional $75. That means instead of paying $634 for both, you’re paying $589.99. That’s a savings of about $45, or 7%.
PS5 God of War Bundle with 2nd DualSense Controller
God of War: Ragnarok is the latest God of War game and we gave it a 10/10 “Masterpiece” rating. If you liked the last God of War game, then you’ll enjoy Ragnarok. It continues the story of Kratos and Atreus as they take on the nine realms of Norse mythology.

Want to upgrade your PS5 storage? Here are the cheapest options:
This is definitely the best price we’ve seen for a PS5-compatible 1TB SSD. A PS5 “compatible” SSD is a PCIe Gen4 x4 M.2 solid state drive with a rated 5,500MB/s read speed to match the PS5’s internal drive. That means, for better or for worse, picking a top-shelf SSD. Note that Sony recommends a heatsink attached to your SSD. The Acer Predator has a thick graphene thermal pad attached on top. You could probably use it as is but if you want a beefier solution, you can peel off the thermal pad and install your own heatsink (we recommend this one for $10).
Crucial’s newest M.2 SSD meets all the requirements for your PS5 SSD upgrade. It supports transfer speeds of up to 6,660MB/s which is well above the 5,500MB/s minimum threshold. Yes there are faster SSDs out there, but if your intention is to put this in your PS5, then that extra speed is worthless because you’re bottlenecked by the original PS5 SSD. If you’re worried about opening up your PS5 case, don’t worry it’s very easy. Crucial has an official YouTube PS5 SSD install guide to see you through the process.
