Shaky performance aside, Wild Hearts is a worthy alternative to Monster Hunter
Like a sticky ball of regurgitated sap spat from the jaws of a giant dog, review code for Wild Hearts came in hot and fast earlier this week. So while other outlets will be delivering their final verdicts on Omega Force’s beast batterin’ simulator today, I’m afraid I haven’t had the chance to play enough of it to give it a fair shakedown yet. It’s good, though! I really like it, and as a huge Monster Hunter fan I’m pleased that there’s finally a worthy alternative to Capcom’s long-running series. Competition is good!
Put Skyrim mods aside as Oblivion and Morrowind collide in new project
There’s plenty of new Skyrim mods to help fantasy fans pass the time until the next Bethesda games arrive, but the wait for Starfield and The Elder Scrolls 6 release date just got easier thanks to a crossover mod featuring two older entries in the series. Both Morrowind and Oblivion are worthy of their place among the best RPG games of all time, and a new Elder Scrolls mod brings them together in spectacular fashion.

Government considers controversial bid setting aside international laws to expel illegal migrants faster
MINISTERS are considering controversially setting aside international laws to let Britain kick out illegal migrants quicker.
The Home Office is drawing up options for legislation to tackle those who pretend to have been trafficked here.
One could see commitments under the Human Rights Act and modern slavery laws set aside for small boat arrivals.
A similar “carve out” for bypassing international rules over trade in Northern Ireland via the protocol bill caused uproar last year.
Britain has seen more than 41,000 people arrive by dinghy this year.
