FTX Has Recovered $7.3 Billion In Assets, Will Consider Rebooting Exchange
FTX has benefited from a recent rise in crypto prices, Dietderich said. Its total recovery would be valued at $6.2 billion based on crypto prices from November 2022, when it filed for bankruptcy after traders pulled $6 billion from the platform in three days and rival exchange Binance abandoned a rescue deal. As it looks to the future, FTX is negotiating with stakeholders about options for restarting its crypto exchange, and it may make a decision on that in the current quarter, Dietderich said.

Bleak Faith: Forsaken called out for supposedly stealing Elden Ring assets
Ever since Dark Souls saw the light of day back in 2011, plenty of developers have taken direct inspiration from FromSoftware’s games, and tried to capture the soulslike charm.
Archangel Studios’ Bleak Faith: Forsaken is no different, boasting a gritty, unforgiving world and lots of that tough combat we’re all mad for. However, it’s alleged that Bleak Faith: Forsaken may have used stolen assets from 2022 Game of the Year, Elden Ring (thanks, PushSquare). That said, it does appear to be one huge misunderstanding, and a learning curve for the developer.
Meowmaritus, a Dark Souls modding tool developer, shared the discovery on Twitter. Their tweet accompanied a side-by-side clip of Bleak Faith: Forsaken and Elden Ring, and it’s safe to say that this footage does not look good for Archangel Studios.

Dark and Darker devs raided by police following accusations of stolen assets
According to Korean news outlet Korea JoongAng Daily, Dark and Darker developer Ironmace has been raided by police following accusations of asset theft by industry giant Nexon.
This raid reportedly happened at the Ironmace development office in Seongnam, and lead to local police seizing material related to the game. There has been no official word yet from Ironmace on these events.
This battle between Nexon and Ironmace has its roots all the way back in 2021, when the Korean industry giant accused a now-member of the Ironmace developer team (referred to as Leader A) of leaking assets for a project dubbed P3. They were later fired in July 2021 for leaking P3 data, before joining the Ironmace team.
