I have tummy rolls – I used to hide them away but now I don’t, we should change our mindsets, not our bodies
A WOMAN has changed her mindset on how she views her body.
She said she used to hide her tummy rolls but now she thinks it’s not her body that should change, it’s her perspective.
Dani Musgrave (@danimusgrave) shared the video with over 17,000 TikTok followers.
The brunette sat on a bed looking timid in a green crop top and leggings.
Moments later, the influencer looked much happier and more confident: “The difference some confidence can make,” she said, dancing to music.
“Don’t change your body, change your mindset,” she said, adding the hashtags #bodypositivity and #confidence.
People took to the comments to share their thoughts.
Many were shocked by how drastic of a change just a little bit of confidence made.
“The way it feels like your face actually changes,” said one commenter.
“It’s crazy how my focus was all on your belly because you tried to hide it and when you were in the confident mode all my focus was on your face,” said another.
“The way it went from looking at your insecurities to actually only look at your face when you were confident,” agreed a third.
“The way that when ur smiling, my eyes don’t even wander to ur stomach like they do when ur uncomfortable,” said a fourth.
“Confidence looks so good on you!” said a fifth.

Haunting last texts singer, 21, and two friends sent before bodies were found in a shallow grave with throats slit
THE haunting final texts from a 21-year-old singer and her two friends before their alleged brutal murder have been revealed.
Singer Nayeli Tapia, 21, Yuliana Macias, 21, and Denisse Reyna, 19, were found in a shallow grave with slit throats in Ecuador on April 7.
The three young women initially went missing on April 4.
They were reportedly killed and left in the shallow grave on April 5, according to local media outlets.
Then, on April 7, fishermen contacted police to report a foul odor along the Esmeraldas River near Quininde.
Police said there was evidence showing that the women had been tortured.
According to Ecuadorean news outlet Vistazo, Tapia was a mother to a four-year-old daughter.
Tapia texted her sister at 11.10 pm on April 4 and included her location, the outlet reported.
“I’m just sending you just in case,” the final message read.
Tapia’s location was near where the three women were later found dead.
In addition, Vistazo also revealed a final text from Reyna, a student.
“I feel that something is going to happen and if something happens to me, remember that I love you very much,” the message to her friend read.
The women lived less than 50 miles from where their bodies were found.
“They were young, had beach clothes, bathing suits, light clothing, shorts,” Diego Velastegui with the Quininde Police told local media.
Police also found a cell phone by the grave, which they’re hoping will aid in the investigation.
There has been a state of emergency in Esmeraldas province – where the women were believed to have been killed and buried – since March 3.
The state of emergency was enacted because of crime and violence in the area as rival drug trafficking gangs continue to fight.

Bodies of 18 migrants found dead inside secret compartment of abandoned truck in Bulgaria
EIGHTEEN Afghan migrants, including a child, have suffocated in a truck abandoned in Bulgaria.
The vehicle was transporting timber and carrying illegal migrants hidden in a compartment, the country’s Interior Ministry said on Friday.
The vehicle was found near the village of Lokorsko, around 12 miles from the capital, Sofia.
The drivers, suspected to be human traffickers, had fled the scene.
Senior police chief Atanas Ilkov said one of the four people detained had already been sentenced for human trafficking, and charges would be made once there was sufficient evidence.
Survivors were taken to nearby hospitals for emergency treatment.
Bulgarian health minister Assen Medzhidiev has said the survivors were in a precarious condition.
He confirmed: “They have suffered from lack of oxygen, their clothes are wet, they are freezing, and obviously haven’t eaten for days.”
