Harry & Meg branded ‘irrelevant’ & ‘very troubled couple’, as pair face call to have titles stripped after Netflix doc
PRINCE Harry and Meghan Markle were branded “utterly irrelevant” by a government minister last night – and faced a call to have their royal titles removed.
Harry has been accused of attacking vital institutions in Britain during the controversial documentary, which touches on alleged racism and bigotry in the royal family.

Bob Seeley has suggested stripping the couple of royal titles[/caption]
In the show, Harry was quoted as saying royals have “a huge level of unconscious bias”.
His wife Meghan said the media was set on “destroying” her.
Employment minister Guy Opperman said the couple are “utterly irrelevant” to the progress of the UK and the royal family.
Speaking on BBC Question Time, he said they were a clearly troubled couple, which is a “sad state of affairs”.
He said: “I don’t think it has a fundamental impact on the royal family. I certainly won’t be watching it. I would urge everyone to boycott Netflix and make sure that we actually focus on the things that matter.”
Conservative MP Bob Seely said the prince’s comments on the documentary raised a political issue.
It’s been two years since Harry and Meghan quit working as full-time royals, and Seely plans to bring forward legislation which would take away the couple’s royal titles.
If the proposed legislation passes, MPs would vote on a resolution which would give Privy Council the ability to strip away the couple’s titles.
Mr Seely said: “As well as trashing his family and monetising his misery for public consumption, he is also attacking some important institutions in this country.”
The royal couple have gained an immense amount of wealth from the Netflix series, estimated to be worth £100million.
The fourth, fifth and sixth episodes are due to be released next Thursday.
In the series, the couple slammed the British press, calling stories “salacious” and “planted” leading up to their wedding day.
Harry also spoke about what he called the Windsors’ “unconscious bias”.
Harry said: “In this family, sometimes you are part of the problem rather than part of the solution. There is a huge level of unconscious bias.”
Meghan said she was surprised at the formality of the royal family – even behind closed doors – thought to be a dig at William and Kate.
Prince William is understood to feel “betrayed” after his brother allowed deeply personal attacks on both him and wife Kate to be aired.
Last night the Royal Family were said to be “in a state of sadness” after the couple’s latest barbs — but fear the worst is yet to come.
A senior palace source said Buckingham Palace, Kensington Palace and members of the family were not approached for comment on content in the series.

Alexa to provide branded answers to your pressing questions
See, the problem is that people simply aren’t buying enough. To rectify this issue, Amazon announced on Thursday that it is introducing a new Alexa feature, dubbed “Customers Ask Alexa,” wherein “expert brands” provide answers to customer questions like “How can I remove pet hair from my carpet?” that also just so happen to prominently feature that brand’s particular product.
Per the company, brands will have to first sign up to the Amazon Brand Registry to gain access to the sellers hub where they can view and answer questions that customers ask their networked Alexa devices. Both questions and answers reportedly pass through the company’s content moderation team before the most relevant answers are pushed live.
The program launches on limited release this October before expanding out to all eligible US brands by 2023. Alexa users will see the responses appear in late 2022 in the Amazon search bar and on Echo devices by the middle of next year.
While this isn’t the creepiest use of Alexa we’ve seen from the company in Q3 2022 — that honor goes to the ghouls who think using your Nan’s vocal imprints like an auditory marionette is a good idea — but it is among the most concerning. Amazon has made no secret of its goal to surveil (and subsequently profit from) every aspect of our public and private lives that it can worm itself access into — whether that’s knowing our shopping habits, viewing habits, eating habits, obviously our cleaning habits, and potentially soon, our healthcare habits. And if this announcement holds any portent for the future, getting reliable answers to even basic questions is going to get a lot harder for anyone navigating Amazon’s sprawling online ecosphere.
Friends legend branded ‘rudest celebrity ever’ by reality show ‘villain’
A HUGE reality TV villain has spoken about one of the “rudest” celebrities he’s ever met, and it’s a shocker.
Spencer Pratt – best known for being a very outspoken star from US reality series The Hills – has expressed his dislike for an iconic Friends star.
The 39-year-old has called actress Lisa Kudrow “one of the worst humans” he has ever encountered.
In a recent TikTok video, the TV personality slammed the Friends actress after a fan asked him who’s the rudest celebrity he’s ever met.
Spencer, who is married to Heidi Montag, had no problem answering the question as he said: “Oh, that’s easy. Phoebe from Friends.
“Hands down, one of the worst humans I’ve ever come in contact with. By far.”

Explaining the reason behind his answer, the reality star told his TikTok followers: “The year was 2009.
“Heidi and I were invited to our first real A-list, elite party by the president of NBC.”
Revealing the party was held in a lavish Malibu mansion, Spencer added: “It was clear right when we got there that nobody wanted us there.
“It was almost like we were filming for Punk’d and a hidden camera was going to pop up, but Heidi and I didn’t care. There was delicious food, open bar, beautiful views.”

The TV personality then explained that the mum-of-one approached them and told Heidi she needs to “get away as fast as possible” because he’s going to “murder” her.
“Right in front of me she tells Heidi that she needs to get away from me as fast as possible because I’m going to murder Heidi and that I have the eyes of a serial killer,” he said.
Spencer added: “Heidi waits to see if this a joke, maybe this is a bit, a skit, maybe this is a hidden camera show and that’s why we were invited to this elite party. No laughs, she just walks away.
“And that right there is the rudest moment I’ve ever encountered with a human being.”
