She’s left her fans concerned after one of her posts referred to drowning, as it read: “You don’t realise you’re actually drowning until you’re trying to save everybody else.”
In a follow up post the reality star simply said she was “drained”.
After receiving messages from her worried followers Aisleyne thanked them for reaching out and said they were like her “family.”
“You guys have so much empathy I adore reading your messages,” she said.
She added: “Sorry if my stories are depressing….I post real life coz it helps me and helps others… I don’t do fake happy posts xx.”
Just recently Aisleyne posted a snap of tears rolling down her face as she accused Asda of ‘ruining’ her Christmas.
Taking to social media, the star said one of their managers had ruined both hers and an old lady’s Christmases.
In a furious post she said: “Wow … to think I tweeted nice things about @asda and now one of their managers as [single] handedly ruined my and a vulnerable old [lady’s] Christmas… I’m actually shaking in shock! Thanks guys.”
Aisleyne, who appeared on the seventh series of Big Brother, didn’t reveal what actually took place to provoke her reaction.
Fans of the star asked her for more details but she did not respond.
It comes after just weeks ago Aisleyne praised Asda for allowing children to eat in their cafes for just £1 – with no adult spend required.
The supermarket replied at the time and thanked her for the “lovely feedback”.

The Moneyist: ‘We are surprised and bewildered’: My brother passed away and left his house, cash and possessions to charity. Can his siblings contest his will?
For the first time in history, a non-Adams brother is now working on Dwarf Fortress code
Legendarily complicated (and just generally legendary) colony sim Dwarf Fortress launched on Steam a few weeks ago, bringing sprite graphics, more players and millions of dollars for developers Bay 12 games. Brothers Tarn and Zach Adams have spent the past 16 years relying on donations, so actually selling their game has now allowed to expand their team and hire someone from their community to help with the programming. They say “Putnam” will be the first non-Adam to ever see the code behind the curtain. Cue the Indiana Jones face-melting gif.
An update yesterday also added Steam trading cards, as well as giving you the option to flick between classic and premium graphics.

Prince William ‘vows to hit back against Meghan Markle and brother Harry’s smears’ in explosive Netflix documentary
PRINCE William has reportedly vowed to hit back at Royal Family smears in Harry and Meghan’s explosive Netflix documentary series.
Palace insiders claim the Prince of Wales can no longer sit by and allow the Sussexes to deliver transatlantic swipes at The Firm.
The show is said to give an insight into the pair’s ‘love story’ and will be streamed from December 8[/caption]
Instead, he has allegedly instructed aides to comb through six-part ‘Harry & Meghan’ and swiftly respond to inaccurate claims.
A source told the Sunday Express: “The Prince and Princesses’ team will wait to see what’s in the Netflix series before deciding what to do, but you can see the direction of travel.”
The alleged change of tack in dealing with the California-based duo will see the future King tear up the “never complain, never explain” royal mantra.
The Royal Family have previously taken their time in responding to explosive claims from Harry and Meghan.
Buckingham Palace took two-days to issue a rebuttal to the ground-breaking Oprah Winfrey interview where the pair claimed a royal made a racist remark about baby Archie’s skin tone.
The allegation was categorically denied by the palace.
The revelation follows the release of a trailer for the series as the Prince and Princes of Wales were on Royal visit to Boston, Massachusetts.
Speaking to The Sun, a royal source accused the Sussexes of timing the trailer’s release to “deliberately spoil” William and Kate’s US trip.
In the 59-second trailer for the long awaited £88-million show Meghan can be seen wiping tears as Harry looks distressed.
A raft of previously unseen photos of the pair are also shown, including romantic selfies and one of Harry strumming a guitar.
At the start of the clip, the pair are asked: “Why did you want to make this documentary?”
Harry says: “Nobody sees what’s happening behind closed doors.
“I had to do everything I could to protect my family.”
And, Meghan says: “When the stakes are this high doesn’t it make more sense to hear our story from us?”
The show is said to give an insight into the pair’s “love story” and will be streamed from December 8.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex reportedly requested a delay to the show – putting them at loggerheads with Netflix chiefs.
The couple are understood to have wanted to push the controversial TV series back to 2023 amid backlash over the new series of The Crown.
The release of the series comes as Prince Harry’s explosive £35 million memoir ‘Spare’ is due out January 10.

My brother kidnapped Shannon Matthews – I warned cops he could have her on day one & nobody listened
THE sister of Shannon Matthews’ kidnapper claims she urged cops to check him during one of the country’s biggest ever manhunts.
The family of Mick Donovan have spoken out for the first time since cops began their search for nine-year-old Shannon in 2008.

His sister, who wished not to be named, has alleged she told West Yorkshire Police to “check out my brother,” on day one of the manhunt.
In a shocking new documentary, The Man Who Took Shannon, due to air on Channel 5 next Thursday, she claimed: “Not one of them believed me when I said, ‘Go to his house.’
“The day Shannon went missing, I was listening to the radio and it said a child’s gone missing, named her.
“I knew he had her.
“All I could think… he’s done it once before… What if he has…?
“I called the police and said, ‘Check out my brother, please’. I got no response whatsoever from them… they didn’t care or believe me.”
According to her, the £3.2 million search could have been ended within the first 24 hours, but instead it took a total of 24 days to find Shannon.
A second relative, who also wished to remain anonymous, said he became suspicious of Mick after he asked to borrow children’s DVD’s.
He claimed he told Crimestoppers after the search started: “I thought it were a bit strange.
“I believed he had Shannon, so went round. He wouldn’t let me in.”
Police eventually found the nine-year-old drugged and held hostage under Donovan’s bed in his flat at Lidgate Gardens, Batley Carr, West Yorks.
The discovery came after the force listened to this concerned relative after he told them: “You want to go see Mick Donovan… he’s related to Craig Meehan [Karen’s ex].”
Investigations soon uncovered Shannon’s mother, Karen Matthews, and Donovan had planned the kidnapping in order to be awarded £50,000 for “finding” her.
The 33-year-old was sentenced to eight years in jail at Leeds Crown Court alongside Donovan back in 2009 for false imprisonment and perverting the course of justice.
But Matthews, labelled as Britain’s Worst Mother, was released in 2012 after serving just half of her sentence.
Her accomplice also got out in the same year, but the 40-year-old was recalled shortly afterwards.
Although his sentence finished in 2016, his family have confirmed he is now in a psychiatric facility.
However, West Yorkshire Police has strongly denied Donovan’s sister’s claims.
A spokesman said they “conducted a thorough investigation into the kidnap.
“The records do not support this account of a call made to the police on 19/02/2008.”
A Crimestoppers spokesman said: “Our charity takes crime information completely anonymously. No personal details are ever asked for, or stored.”
