STRICTLY star Joe Sugg has told of his ten hours a day phone addiction.
He confessed he would doomscroll — avidly looking through news even if it is bad — each morning from waking up.

YouTuber Joe, 31, a Strictly finalist in 2018, said: “I was a scroller, a doomscroller.
“It became, like, trying to get a dopamine hit. Finding something that would make you laugh, or I could relate to.”
He told Stompcast podcast: “It was bad – it got to the point where I’d wake up in the morning and the first thing I would do is scroll through my phone.
“My screen time was awful — going through every social media there was.
“I’m wasting hours and I’m not even out of bed yet.
“It was a stupid amount of time spent on my phone.”
He said he would try to kid himself it was research.
But added: “I couldn’t remember what it was I was actually looking at.”
