Grab a pair of lavender Samsung Galaxy Buds 2 for their lowest price ever
SAVE $66: As of August 24, the Galaxy Buds 2 (in lavender only) are just $84 at Walmart. That’s 44% off their MSRP of $149.99.
If you like the color purple (as Samsung very much seems to) and are looking for a solid pair of earbuds, the Galaxy Buds 2 have reached a new all-time low price. There’s just one catch — the price drop is only available in lavender.
As of August 24, the lavender Galaxy Buds 2 are on sale for just $84 at Walmart. That’s $66 in savings and 44% off their MSRP of $149.99. That’s also $5 less than than their previous all-time low price.
We love the Buds 2 for their egg-shaped design, impressive comfort, better active noise cancellation than their Pro or Live siblings, and robust app-based sound customization for Android users. They’re compatible with iPhones as well and work decently. You just won’t get the ability to dive deeper into sound customization (bass boost, adjustable ANC, etc.) on the Android-only app.
Overall sound performance is just OK, as is battery life, but as Mashable’s Alex Perry wrote in his review, “If you’re an Android phone owner who’s been on the lookout for a good pair of wireless earbuds without melting your bank account — don’t overthink this.”

HBO calls House of the Dragon its biggest premiere ever, with nearly 10 million US viewers
Despite glitches for some people trying to watch via Fire TV Sticks, HBO announced that the first episode of its Game of Thrones spinoff House of the Dragon recorded the network’s biggest premiere of all time, recording 9.986 million viewers across linear and HBO Max streaming on Sunday night in the US alone.
The original Game of Thrones series closed out its run with 13.7 million live viewers on linear channels for the finale in 2019, clocking over 19 million views with the addition of streaming and video-on-demand numbers. According to HBO, ahead of the Dragon premiere, interest in the original series — with the entire series now available for streaming in 4K on HBO Max — spiked, drawing a weekly average in streaming for August that…
House Of The Dragon Is HBO’s Biggest New Series Premiere Ever
When Game of Thrones was still airing on HBO, it was a juggernaut for the cable network, even as fans began to turn on it in later seasons. It’s no surprise, then, that Game of Thrones spin-off House of the Dragon is huge as well.
House of the Dragon’s premiere drew in 9.98 million viewers combined across traditional linear television and HBO Max streaming on Sunday night. HBO says that this is both the largest audience for a new original series in HBO’s history and the largest series launch on HBO Max.
“It was wonderful to see millions of Game of Thrones fans return with us to Westeros last night,” said Casey Bloys, Chief Content Officer for HBO and HBO Max. “House of the Dragon features an incredibly talented cast and crew who poured their heart and soul into the production, and we’re ecstatic with viewers’ positive response. We look forward to sharing with audiences what else [author George R.R. Martin and showrunners Ryan Condal and Miguel Sapochnik] have in store for them this season.”

Myleene Klass looks slimmer than ever as she shows off six pack abs in crop top amid I’m A Celeb comeback rumours
MYLEENE Klass has revealed her six pack in a crop top and a leopard print tracksuit – in a possible nod to her I’m A Celeb jungle ‘return’.
The radio presenter, 44, wore the outfit while hosting a Smooth Radio show over the weekend.
The pianist and former Hear’Say singer looked amazing in the ensemble, which she teamed with gold jewellery.
She recently wore a leopard print bikini after it was reported she was being lined up to return for an All Star Series of I’m A Celeb.
The mum of three is in talks to return to the show as are Princess Diana’s former butler Paul Burrell, Happy Mondays’ Shaun Ryder and Gillian McKeith.
In 2006, she hit the headlines after showering in a white bikini during her I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! stint.

Myleene was captured having her wash under the camp waterfall and the scenes have gone down in history.
Chatting to Lorraine Kelly about the prospect of slipping back into bikinis for the show’s infamous shower scenes, Myleene said with a laugh: “I might have to tuck them in my socks. I’ve breastfed three babies since then.”
Myleene shot to fame on 2001 reality show Popstars alongside Kym Marsh.
But it was her stint on I’m A Celebrity in 2006 – and that infamous white bikini – that put her in the big league.

In 2020, the former Hear’Say singer revealed how she came into possession of the now-iconic two-piece.
“I remember one of the show producers looking at my bikinis in the hotel before I went to camp,” she said on Instagram.
“One was covered in stripes, ‘We’ll have to stop at the shops as that’s probably going to strobe on camera’. I ran into the shop en route to the jungle, asked the shop assistant for the plainest bikini she had.
