Gemma Owen’s family enter Love Island villa TONIGHT and give verdict on Luca romance
GEMMA Owen’s mum will arrive in the Love Island villa tonight to give her take on her daughter’s romance with Luca Bish.
It comes shortly after Louise Owen – wife of former footballer Michael – told how she spoke out against the “bullying” of Tasha Ghouri.
Many thought that would have spelled curtains for Luca and Gemma – with Tasha coming under fire from many of the lads, including the fishmonger.
Yet as the Meet The Parents episode returns tonight, it sees Gemma’s mum and her friend Sarah arrive.
Louise tells Gemma of her dad Michael: “Honestly, he is really proud of you, really proud.”
She added of the wider family: “They’re all loving watching you, they’re missing you like mad.”

Luca’s dad Michael – who arrives wearing his own iconic fish flop shoes – says of Gemma: “She puts you straight doesn’t she.”
Maria adds of Gemma: “First night I said they fancy each other, I knew it.
“I love the values and morals she has.”
It remains to be seen how the full conversation plays out.

Viewers are convinced Louise could enlighten her daughter on the ‘red flags’ he has given off throughout the series.
A source previously told the Mail Online that Gemma’s mum will be entering the villa – not Michael – and that she will not hold back if she doesn’t like Luca.
“Louise is very blunt and doesn’t pull any punches,” the insider said. “If she doesn’t like someone she will say. It is a trait Gemma has inherited.”
The Meet The Parents episode will air just 24 hours before this year’s Love Island live final.
Fans will find out on Monday night which couple has been crowned the 2022 winners of the ITV2 show.
But it has been claimed that 19-year-old Gemma is ready to “quit” before even making it to the final hurdle.
Lacey Edwards, who entered the villa for just a few days last week, insisted the dressage rider and Luca are “done” with the show now.
In a TikTok video Lacey said: “They’ve been in there so long and they’ve really found what they’re looking for, they could happily just move out together and go back home together now.

“They’re over doing the games and challenges. With Luca, it’s playing with his head he’s like ‘I just want my girl and I want to get out of here now’.”
Love Island continues tonight at 9pm on ITV2 and ITV Hub. Episodes are available the following morning on BritBox
‘Do it for the Saudi royal family’ – Phil Mickelson heckled during rebel LIV Golf event at Trump National
PHIL MICKELSON was told “do it for the Saudi royal family” in a brutal heckle at Donald Trump’s course.
The American, 52, is one of the golf rebels to ditch the PGA Tour in favour of the big money offered by LIV Golf.
Phil Mickelson was ready to take his shot when the call came out[/caption]
He stepped away from the ball and took another practice swing[/caption]
It is said Lefty accepted a staggering £165million offer to join the breakaway group, bankrolled by the Saudi Arabian Public Investment Fund which is run by the Saudi government and royals.
He was widely criticised and dropped by two major sponsors after revealing he was preprared to overlook concerns about Saudi Arabia’s human rights record.
Then he was sent an open letter from the families of 9/11 victims and responded: “I would say to everyone that has lost loved ones, lost friends on 9/11, that I have deep deep empathy and sympathy for them. I can’t emphasise that enough.”
But anger towards Mickelson, one of the headline names to defect to LIV Golf, remains high – and he was targeted at the Trump National in Bedminster, New Jersey this weekend.

A comedian trolled the six-time major champ just as he was about to tee off on the 16th hole.
Jason Selvig, from comedy duo The Good Liars, was filmed shouting to Mickelson asking for a thumbs up on the tee box.
And after getting a response, Tom Cruise-lookalike Selvig then called out from the pathetically-small crowds: “Do it for the Saudi royal family,” when Mickelson had his club behind the ball.
The money-grabbing golfer did not look over but stepped back to reset amid grumbling from the crowd.

Some booed and had a go at Selvig, who sarcastically apologised – then the comedian was warned by security that he would get kicked out for any repeat offences.
Mickelson did eventually take his shot, sticking it in a bunker then almost finding the water before making a bogey.
He finished four-over-par, taking his aggregate score to +40 in his last 11 rounds of golf since signing the multi-million-pound deal.
Asked about the heckler, the once-popular Californian said: “I had a really good day.
“The people here have always been great. They’ve always treated me well, and I had a really good day with the fans.
“I’m just a little frustrated with my game, to be honest.
“To three-putt the last two holes with makeable birdies, I’m just frustrated because I expect more of myself.”
Selvig was told off by security for his prank[/caption]
The controversial LIV Golf league has spiralled the sport into civil war as plenty of players sacrifice the PGA membership to get huge cheques and tournaments without cuts.
LIV Golf just announced a 14-tournament schedule for 2023 with a prize fund of £336m and avoiding clashes with the majors or Ryder Cup.
This week’s event is the third under the new brand, headed up by CEO Greg Norman with stars such as Dustin Johnson, Bryson DeChambeau and Ian Poulter all accepting the whopping Saudi cash.
Hosted by former President Trump, he played in the pro-am event after attending a launch party in New York last week with Caitlyn Jenner and rapper Nelly.
American players have had their PGA Tour membership ripped up and as it stands will be banned from representing the United States at next September’s Ryder Cup.
Rory McIlroy slammed players who have joined the divisive LIV Series for fuelling “resentment” while Tiger Woods “doesn’t understand” the logic of the breakaway after reportedly rejecting an £820m offer.
But the rebels seemed to have no qualms as they partied on a private jet ahead of The Open.
Then Patrick Reed rocked up to St Andrew’s in LIV Golf-branded clothes and Henrik Stenson was stripped of the Ryder Cup captaincy.
The Simpsons Movie Was a Unique, But Inevitable Step for Fox’s Yellow Family
Is there a family in media who’s persisted quite so much as The Simpsons? Matt Groening’s five-person (and one dog!) family of yellow oddballs has been going on strong since 1989, as long as some of our parents have been married, if not alive altogether. Depending on who you are, time hasn’t entirely been kind to the…
Inside Michael Schumacher’s ‘new life’ in Majorca where family will ‘jet ski, ride horses & see F1 pals’
MICHAEL Schumacher’s family are reportedly preparing to start a “new life” in Majorca.
It is claimed the racing legend will be spending the winter months on the Spanish holiday island at a £27million villa.
Pictures show the luxurious £27million property linked to the Schumachers[/caption]
His devoted wife Corinna and their children – F1 racer Mick and keen equestrian Gina-Maria’s – are all also reportedly expected to spend time at their new property, reports German magazine Die Bunte.
It has been widely reported the family were planning to relocate to the sun soaked island, and they have been repeatedly linked to the plush pile near the ritzy town of Port Andratx.
Corinna is said to have “big plans” for the family in Spain, including suggestions they will be setting up a horse ranch near their new home.
Schumacher himself is reported to have made visits to the property by helicopter and spent time there.

And it comes as the ongoing mystery swirls around Michael’s health, with the legendary F1 driver not seen or heard from in nine years since a horrific ski crash.
Michael suffered a traumatic brain injury after taking a fall which left him in a medically induced coma – and his family have kept his health a closely guarded secret.
Even while still racing in F1, Schumacher kept his home and family life very private – and his wife Corinna is believed to be continuing to carry out his wishes.
The new report – published this week in the German glossy mag and featured on its front page – details some of the family’s expected hopes and dreams for their future in Majorca.

Just as previously reportedly, it is claimed the family have purchased Villa Yasmin, which was once owned by Real Madrid boss Florentino Pérez.
The huge property features two swimming pools, a large garden, a helipad, a guest villa and stunning sea views.
And it is previously been reported the villa will be kitted out with the relevant medical equipment needed for Michael.
It has also been reported the Schumachers have purchased the expansive plot of land, which is currently full of dilapidated buildings and almond trees.
The plot reportedly cost them £2.3million and is described as an “absolute rarity in the region of south-west Majorca” due to how close it is to the sea.
The Schumacher family are said to have previously enjoyed life on the island – and Die Bunte claims it is a favourite destination among Schuey’s F1 pals.
Michael is said to have in the past visited his manager Willi Weber there – with his villa being just a 10 minute driver from their new estate.
‘BIG PLANS’
Other F1 stars with ties to Majorca include German star Nico Hulkenberg, who got married on the island last month, and current Ferrari driver Carlos Sainz, who also makes regular visits.
British F1 world champion Nigel Mansell also once lived on the island in a luxurious property on a private estate.
Die Bunte also reports that Gina-Maria and Mick both enjoy jet-skiing around the bay in the waters off the Balearic Island.
Corinna is thought to have major ideas for their new home – including setting up their new plot of land to be a horse ranch.
She wants to make sure Michael has the “best medical care” and is with the family “as much as possible”.
The family already have horses in Texas and at their home in Switzerland.
She could seek to breed horses and sell them on the land – potentially even hosting competitions in Majorca.
The land they have bought is reportedly designated as an agricultural area, meaning there should be no problems in building stables and setting up meadows.
Reports of the Schumacher family ties to Majorca have emerged multiple times in the last four years – including reports they were planning to buy the plot land dating back to May 2021.
The plot was reported at the time to have been to “raise and ride horses on”.
Schumacher’s daughter is a non-professional horse rider and equestrian while Corinna won the European Championship in western-style horse riding in 2010.
Gina-Maria’s boyfriend, Iain Bethke, is also a show jumper.
Horses are a key part of the Schumacher family, with Michael himself also enjoying riding and taking part in rodeos.
It was reported last year that Corinna was selling the family’s £6.4million mansion on Lake Geneva in Switzerland.
The family initially denied plans in 2018 they were going to move into the plush villa, but reports have persisted – including claims neighbours saw them at the property in 2019.
And the mayor also claimed the family had moved in.
Schumacher, 53, suffered a horrific head injury while skiing with his son Mick in December 2013 – just one year after his retirement from F1.
And ever since, mystery has loomed over his health – with only a slow trickle of information being fed out by the family and his team.

No one outside of Schumacher’s inner circle – which has Corinna at its heart – really knows what is happening with Michael.
Schumacher’s former manager of 20 years – Willi Weber – has fiercely raged about the lack of information as he accused the family of hiding the truth.
The 80-year-old said he’s still “angry” at the Schumachers for not updating him on the F1 icon’s health.
He said he initially understood the need for secrecy from the Schumacher family but that since he got out of hospital, “we have only heard lies from them”.
“They kept me out, telling me it’s too early, well now it’s too late. It’s been nine years. Maybe they should just say it the way it is,” Weber told La Gazetta dello Sport.
The lack of official updates has left room for speculation and conflicting reports from “insiders” about his slow progress.
Some have claimed he was in a vegetative state while others claimed he was awake and able to talk.
Schumacher’s pal ex-F1 boss Jean Todt – who is understood be one of few friends who goes to see the stricken driver – last week gave a rare update.
The 74-year-old told German TV channel RTL: “I don’t miss Michael, I see him. Yes, it’s true, I watch races with Michael.
“But sure, I guess what I miss is what we used to do together.”
The former Ferrari chief previously told how he “hopes the world” will be able to see his dear friend again, revealing Schumacher has “never changed”.
He continued: “I don’t leave him alone. Him, Corinna, the family, we’ve had so many experiences together.
“The beauty of what we have experienced is part of us and it goes on.
“Sometimes success and money changes you. But Michael has never changed. He’s so strong.”
The F1 legend was a seven-time-world champion – winning five times for Ferrari and twice for Benetton – and is regarded as one of the greatest drivers of all time.
He raced from 1991 to 2006, and again from 2010 to 2012, winning 91 races.

And the brief second act of his career saw him become instrumental in setting up Lewis Hamilton’s dominant Mercedes team.
The Sun Online contacted Schumacher’s longterm manager Sabine Kehm for comment on the reports of their “new life” in Mallorca.

Royal Family news: Queen arrives at Highlands hideaway as Firm awaits Harry’s bombshell book and is hit by more scandal
HER MAJESTY travelled to Balmoral castle yesterday, as she looks to get some R&R after a very busy period for the Royals.
However, this summer getaway comes at a unsettling time for the Royal Family with the publication of Prince Harry’s bombshell new book on the horizon.
Express.co.uk reports that the book is being ghostwritten by novelist and journalist JR Moehringer, who also ghostwrote the autobiography of former world No 1 tennis player Andre Agassi.
Robert Lacey said that, based on Mr Moehringer’s previous writings, the public can expect a “powerful and exploratory book”.
He added: “One would anticipate a book that sets new standards in royal analysis.
“I am hoping [Moehringer] will be analysing the institution as well.
“On Agassi, he not only demolished Agassi’s parenting and upbringing, he had a hard knock at the world of professional tennis.
“Therefore, one would anticipate the same sort of dual attack in what he writes about Harry and the monarchy.”
Meanwhile, the Firm has been hit with more scandal, as reports emerge that Prince Charles accepted money from Osama bin Laden’s family for his charity.
A source told The Sunday Times: “The fact a member of the highest level of the British establishment was choosing to broker deals with a name and a family that not only rang alarm bells, but abject horror around the world . . . why would you do this?
“What good reason is there?”
