Turtle Beach Stealth Ultra controller review – good, but not great
Every so often, a controller comes along that tries its hardest to revolutionize how we play games. The Turtle Beach Stealth Ultra is no different in its goals, with it taking the best parts from other products and packing them all into one convenient unit. Most prominently, it includes a display that can be used to check on the status of the controller, customize its settings, and even have it read out your Whatsapp messages. It’s an interesting addition but elsewhere this controller doesn’t do anything truly unique from a control perspective, merely refining what other controllers started.
There are some things to like about the Turtle Beach Stealth Ultra, but it’s a stretch to call it one of the best PC controllers on the market right now. A few recurring software and connectivity issues that are now fixed should provide hope that the initially rough launch is behind us, but I’m cautious that these problems could rear their ugly heads once again and spoil what could otherwise be a great gaming peripheral.

Beyond Good and Evil 2 release date estimate, story, and latest news
When is the Beyond Good and Evil 2 release date? Beyond Good and Evil 2 was originally announced back in 2009 before it disappeared for a number of years. But at E3 2017, it made a surprise return with an impressive cinematic trailer during Ubisoft’s press conference. Here’s the thing: we’ve barely seen anything about the game since. So what’s going on?
Much has changed about the project since Beyond Good and Evil 2 was first announced. Former creative director Michel Ancel left Ubisoft in 2020 to spend time on a wildlife sanctuary, and while the team he leaves behind continues with the development of the action game, it’s without his influence. As such, there’s no telling just when and in what state we’ll see Beyond Good and Evil 2 next. Below, you’ll find all the information we have on this upcoming game so far.

Pacific Drive’s Next Fest demo has good mood but tedious survival scavenging
I’ve long been enamoured with the landscape of the Pacific Northwest, from the Douglas firs and waterfalls of Twin Peaks to the redwoods I once swam beneath on a road trip. Thanks to Pacific Drive‘s Steam Next Fest demo, I have now also barrelled through the woods and backroads of a spooky alt-history PNW in a banged-up car which is itself a S.T.A.L.K.E.R.-esque artifact. I’ve had my eye on Pacific Drive for a few years and after playing the demo, I am delighted by parts of it but not entirely sold on its roguelikelike survival scavenge-o-rama structure. Hmm! Give it a go and tell me what you think.
Good news, the latest Starfield update to enter Steam beta stops DLSS from making your clouds vibrate
Another update for Starfield has arrived in Steam beta ahead of a full release, and while this one’s not as huge as some of its predecessors, there are a few fixes in there that you should know about, especially if you’re using Nvidia DLSS and don’t want the clouds hovering above planets to look like they’re vibrating.
While we’re still waiting for the game’s Creation Kit to arrive so that modders can really take their additions to the next level and start pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, Bethesda’s been busy dealing with a litany of issues that’ve been affecting the Settled Systems. The latest batch of these includes a couple of key graphical and technical tweaks.
As detailed in the patch notes for update 1.9.67, one of its PC-specific fixes is aimed at “an issue that could make the clouds appear to vibrate when using [Nvidia] DLSS performance mode”. It’s kind of sad to have it confirmed that this is a bug, rather than, I don’t know, an intended symptom of your character messing with The Unity too much and causing the universe to start to break.

Good news, Palworld’s latest patch stops your Pals from breeding themselves into a coma
Yes, you’ve read the headline. A key part of Palworld is forcing your Pals to get together and stick on some Marvin Gaye. The game’s latest patch fixes an issue that could cause breeding Pals to succumb to a deathlike state of perma-sleep.
Now that the whole Palworld/Pokemon discourse has died down a bit – or more accurately been knocked out of the limelight by everything going on around Xbox, its legions of players are just getting on with building up their Pal armies and/or auditioning for the Pal X Games. Thankfully, following a recent patch that stopped people cheekily stealing your Pals via a bug, the latest deals with one stemming from Pal post-procreation fatigue.
The patch – which has been dubbed v0.1.4.1 and v0.1.1.4 on Steam and Xbox respectively – contains a fix for “an issue where if a Pal that was manually assigned to a breeding farm went to sleep, it would not wake up forever”. Yeah, it seems that instead of getting some post-nut clarity, Pals sometimes just curled up and suffered from whatever Evanescence were singing about in Bring Me To Life.
Good news, Spy x Family fans, Code: White finally has a US release date
Following its release in Japan last year, Sony Pictures and Crunchyroll have confirmed a US release date for Spy x Family Code: White.
If you’ve been eagerly awaiting news of a western release date for Spy x Family Code: White, you’ll be happy to hear that the film will come to US cinemas April 19, screening both the Japanese dub with English subtitles, and the English dub. Unfortunately for those of us over here in the UK and Europe, a release date hasn’t been confirmed just yet, so you’ll have to keep your eyes peeled for any news in that direction. The film was released in Japan last December 22, and features an original story separate from the main events of the manga and anime (meaning even if you miss it, it’s not canon, so don’t worry about it too much).
Crunchyroll’s synopsis for the film reads, “He’s a spy. She’s an assassin. Together, Loid and Yor keep their double lives to themselves while pretending to be the perfect family. However, their adopted daughter Anya, a telepath, knows both of their exciting secrets unbeknownst to them. While under the guise of taking his family on a weekend winter getaway, Loid’s attempt to make progress on his current mission Operation Strix proves difficult when Anya mistakenly gets involved and triggers events that threaten world peace!”
