We’re mere hours away from the big moment Call of Duty fans have been excitedly anticipating since the Modern Warfare 2 beta wrapped up last month. To celebrate the impending launch, Infinity Ward has outlined all the high-level changes made based on beta feedback.
Those of us who took part in the beta should already know that some tweaks arrived between the beta’s two weekends, so today’s list is in the same vein – and does actually touch on similar subjects.

“These Icons Become Disappointments”: Cardi B Claps Back at Madonna For Perceived ‘WAP’ Diss
Queen of Pop Madonna may be used to raking up royal controversy for her sexual expressiveness, eccentric stage costumes, and boundary-pushing music videos over the last 40 years, but she’s nabbed her fair share of headlines for making comments many deem egotistical and narcissistic as well.
From referring to herself as ‘master’ and saying Beyonce and JAY-Z learned from her to that cringeworthy tribute to the Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin‘s at the 2018 MTV VMAs,

Twitter’s icons are getting a new look
Twitter is introducing a brand-new look for the icons used across the social network, the company confirmed in a thread on its design account on Friday. To my eyes, the icons use slightly thicker lines, and everything feels a bit more angular.
“The goal was to create a cohesive set of icons that are bold in shape and style yet still relatable and a little cheeky where possible,” Twitter said in the thread. Two tweets from the thread make it easy to see what’s changed. This one shows what they looked like before and now. The one after shows a whole bunch of them in one picture.
We’re so excited to share this with you all, and we’ll be continuing to add to the set.

It’s doable, using Apple’s built-in Shortcuts app. You actually won’t be replacing the icons that the apps came with — rather, you’ll be creating separate shortcuts that lead to the app. It’s a tedious and time-consuming process, but in the end, you can have a fully customized iPhone homescreen.
Here’s how you do it:
- Before you begin, it’s a good idea to find an icon for your new shortcut. There are a bunch of icon sources online (Flaticon, for example), or if you’re artistic and / or ambitious, you can create…

All Icons have four cards released throughout the game, each one representing a different period of the player’s career. Ultimate Team has strict team-building rules to stop players from assembling any team, but Icons don’t have any restrictions at all, being able to slot easily into any team. No matter who you pair them up with, as long as they’re in the correct position, Icons will always align with your team chemistry.
EA has added new players to the FIFA 23 Icons list this year, and they have confirmed most of the historic players are returning from FIFA 22. There have been some great candidates for Icon cards that have retired in the last year or so, and there are a number of players from the ‘80s, ‘90s, and ‘00s that haven’t joined the football game yet.
