Hideo Kojima continues to tease new game with Deadpool actress reveal
Hideo Kojima continues to tease his next project. This time it’s with a new image showing actress Shioli Kutsuna with the words “Where am I?” written over it. It comes a month after a previous tease which confirmed the actress Elle Fanning was involved.

Hideo Kojima is making a game with Elle Fanning
Kojima Productions is making a game with Elle Fanning (The Great). The studio announced the collaboration as part of an elaborate teaser campaign that began back at the Tokyo Game Show in September. At the time, it shared an image featuring a face obscured in shadow with the tagline “Who Am I?” On Friday, fans got an answer to that question when PAX Aus attendees found a QR code with a link to the Kojima Productions website. The webpage hosts an updated version of the image that features a portrait of Fanning.

Kojima subsequently shared a tweet implying there would be more teasers and an eventual reveal to follow. As for what they point to, Polygon suggests Friday’s teaser is most likely tied to a Death Stranding sequel. In May, actor Norman Reedus shared in an interview he had “just started” work on a second game in the series. Although Kojima Productions has yet to formally announce the title, a producer with the studio shared Kojima’s tweet using the hashtag #DeathStranding. That tweet has since been deleted.
However, it’s worth noting Kojima is working on at least one “completely new game” with Microsoft. The “Where Am I?” image the auteur shared may also point to “Overdose,” a horror game Kojima is reportedly making with Death Stranding and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood actress Margaret Qualley. Either way, Kojima is likely to share more information about his next project at The Game Awards on December 9th since he has a long history with host Geoff Keighley.

Kojima teases his next game with images of Elle Fanning which could be related to Death Stranding 2
Hideo Kojima is teasing his next game, which many believe to be Death Stranding 2.
The first tease from Kojima appeared at TGS 2022 back in September, with a poster featuring a silhouette with the face obscured and the words “Who AM I” printed across it (thanks, Polygon).
At PAX Australia, which is going on now, a QR Code is present that when scanned leads to an image posted on the Kojima Productions website showing an image of Elle Fanning (The Great) with the same words printed on it.
Kojima Productions tease their next game, and actor Elle Fanning’s in it
A cryptic standee on display at PAX Australia has revealed that Elle Fanning is involved in a new game coming from Hideo Kojima’s Kojima Productions. An image showing a shadowy face with the words “Where am I?” features on the standee, also tweeted by Kojima with the questions “Who is “WHERE”?”. People who scanned a QR code on the standee image were directed to another picture on the Kojima Productions site, which shows Fanning’s face in red light and the message “Who am I?”.

Remember PT? Kojima definitely does
Hideo Kojima took to Twitter just under an hour ago, and if you were simply doom-scrolling and not reading, you might’ve felt your heart skip a beat if you’re a horror fan. No, Kojima is not sharing any teasers from his upcoming horror project with Xbox. He simply shared the P.T. artwork again.
Again, no, there’s no new P.T. announcements. It isn’t coming back from the dead. In fact, it still isn’t even downloadable anywhere unless you’re tracking it – or its clones – down by nefarious means.
Kojima tweeted that “It’s been 8 years”, and, well, he isn’t wrong. It’s been eight years since what could’ve been the best Silent Hill game – a complete revival for the Konami series from Metal Gear Solid’s best – was robbed from us. Fortunately for me, who will not stop rambling on about P.T. and the loss of Silent Hills for the life of me, I’ve been reminded that I’m not alone.
