Cristiano Ronaldo ‘left mum in tears’ during ‘phone call after ace smashed her autistic son’s phone on the ground
A MUM says she wept after allegedly clashing with “arrogant” Cristiano Ronaldo in a phone call when the ace smashed her teen son’s phone on the ground.

The champ appeared to slap Jacob Harding’s hand as he left the pitch after his side were beaten by Everton.
He later apologised to the 14-year-old, who has autism.
Earlier this month, the Portuguese star was interviewed by police under caution in relation to an alleged assault and criminal damage.
Merseyside Police later confirmed: “The matter has been dealt with by way of conditional caution. The matter has now concluded.”

But Sarah says she feels cheated – and claims Ronaldo has not even offered to replace the smashed phone, the Mirror reports.
She was allegedly contacted by the player by telephone in the days after the incident but claims she was left “shaking and crying” because of his attitude.
Ronaldo allegedly told her he hadn’t “kicked or punched anybody” during the chat.
“I was raging and my heart was pumping,” she said.

Both Sarah and Everton fan Jacob have also been targeted by trolls.
“It was disgusting. My boy has a heart of gold,” she said.
“I’m scared to leave the house, always looking over my shoulder.”
Sarah says she now plans to take legal action.
“I want to see justice because there hasn’t been any,” she said.
Jacob told the paper: “I looked up to him but he didn’t set an example that day.”
It is understood that Ronaldo has agreed to compensate the Jacob and his mum.
Man Utd bosses confirmed they won’t be taking action back in April.
ACE’S APOLOGY
Chiefs are believed to be happy with the ace’s apology.
In a post online, Ronaldo said: “It’s never easy to deal with emotions in difficult moments such as the one we are facing.
“Nevertheless, we always have to be respectful, patient and set the example for all the youngsters who love the beautiful game.
“I would like to apologise for my outburst and, if possible, I would like to invite this supporter to watch a game at Old Trafford as a sign of fair-play and sportsmanship.”

Davide enlisted the help of an events company to decorate the room in white helium balloons and pictures of the pair during their Love Island journey.
Ekin later shared snaps of herself sat on the beanbag and tucking into the cake.
She captioned the pictures: “I have the best boyfriend in the world . Came in to the room completely oblivious that my man surprised me… I just can’t He even made sure my yellow bean bag was here…. Thank you so much @davidesancli”

Davide shared a video on instagram of him waiting outside Ekin‘s hotel room while Mario’s Let Me Love You played.
The footage captured the sweet moment Ekin-Su answered the door and looked shocked to see her man on the other side.
While it’s unclear whether Ekin-Su, who turned 28 today, knew Davide was coming or not, she certainly wasn’t expecting him in that moment as she puts her hand to her face in surprise.
The couple are then seen embracing after being separated for several days.
Davide captioned the video “Finally together” and added a heart emoji.

I’m a bridesmaid & I asked the bride to stop one annoying thing weeks before the wedding – her response left me stunned
A BRIDESMAID has shared a request that she made of the bride and the shocking reaction she got weeks before the wedding.
The frustrated friend took to Reddit to explain how she called the bride out for being slow to book things and leaving mundane tasks for the bridal party.
A bridesmaid said that a bride is losing friendships as she plans her big day[/caption]
“She seems to be ending friendships over this,” the user posted on the infamous AITA channel, where people seek advice on life and conflicts.
The user wrote that her friend of 15 years, Jan, got engaged last spring.
The Redditor threw her an engagement party, and even started a text thread for herself, Jan, and another bridesmaid Sarah to help her plan the wedding, agreeing to touch base once per week.
Since then, Jan’s wedding chats have far exceeded the allocated time, the user claims.

“It’s taken over every conversation, and we feel as if we’d like to talk about things going on in our lives too,” the bridesmaid said.
“Sarah doesn’t like weddings and was happy to have space once a week, but with it spilling over, tells Jan that she does not want to talk about the wedding anymore, and needs more of a give and take in their friendship.”
The Redditor said she doesn’t mind talking about the wedding with Jan, as their conversations “flow better” that way, and noted that Sarah and Jan were “working” on the friendship.
It was when the user visited Jan, who lives 1,000 miles away, that things spilled over.

“I visit Jan for my birthday for a week and find that she has booked nothing except the venue and an event planner, which she isn’t utilizing,” she wrote.
“Her wedding is now in 8 months and she wants 150 people there (big event!)
“I also have control issues (ie it gives me anxiety to watch people fail/not do something myself when I could fix it) when it comes to these sorts of things, so I tell her repeatedly that she needs to start looking at vendors if not booking them right out.”
She said that she told Jen that if the pestering became too much, to communicate with her, so she could stop.
The bridesmaid explained how she helped make Jan’s wedding website and an invitation insert while Jan went to appointments.
The bride also had her bridal party stuff envelopes that night.
“While we stuff envelopes later, she just watches all of us doing it while on the phone with her mother and saying how happy she is that it’s getting done.”
Then the story took another turn, when Jan started texting the Redditor things like “can you pick up this for the wedding?”
“I have a chat with her and say that I’m happy to talk and help her plan, but I do not want to do it for her and don’t want to feel as if I’m bullying her into booking vendors,” she wrote.
She went on to tell the bride that if there is no action behind all the talk about the wedding, then it’s not productive and she’d like less of it.
“She acts off for the rest of the trip. Almost a month and a half later, she cannot talk on the phone and can’t seem to carry on a conversation,” the Redditor wrote.
She added in a comment: “If its too much she freezes and I think she froze very early in the process, but still wants to monopolize our time with the wedding while not doing anything for the wedding.”
“She seems to be ending friendships over this, I ask her fiancé if he can assist as when I try to talk to her, I can’t get through.”
Many people reassured the Redditor that she was not in the wrong.
One commenter told the user to wash her hands of the wedding and advise Jan to use an event planner.
“It’s not your responsibility to organize or plan this girls wedding. If she wants a wedding she can grow up and do the work herself,” one said.
“She seems too self-absorbed to recognise how her behaviour is coming across nor would she care. She wants all the attention but none of the effort,” said another.

Tragic toddler, 3, dies in 37C car after ‘dad left him to go for drink with his brother’
A THREE-year-old baby died after his dad left him in a 37C car while he went for a drink, according to reports.

Badr Alddin Malahafji, 3, died after he was found unresponsive in his father’s car on Monday[/caption]
He travelled to Adana, Turkey with his wife Hiba Alheraki, 28, and their son for a wedding when tragedy struck.
Little Badr Alddin Malahafji had fallen asleep in the car after opting to join his father to visit his brother.
Sifeddin said he parked in the shade and left the window slightly open as he went to see his brother who had business in the city centre.
He told authorities: “When I went to leave the house my son ran after me crying because he wanted to come with me.

“I parked in the shade and went to visit my brother at his workplace. I just didn’t want to wake him up and left the windows open a little bit.”
Despite thinking he had taken all necessary precautions, he returned thirty minutes later to find his son unresponsive.
Tragically hospital medics were unable to save the toddler, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Forecasts from the day suggest the boy was subjected to scorching 37C heat after the sun moved onto the car.

Sifeddin told police: “When I returned half an hour later, I saw that he was unconscious. We called the medics admitted into hospital, but he was already dead.”
The distraught couple were later taken to provide a statement before returning home.
An autopsy was later performed on the young tot to confirm the cause of death.
Local media reports that Sifeddin burst into tears and collapsed to the floor when the boy’s body was eventually returned to the family.
The devastated father said: “May God not let anyone experience this pain. It is a very sad situation. The father goes to his brother. When he returns half an hour or at the latest an hour later, he sees his son lying motionless.
“Something that could happen to anyone. The windows were open, they were not closed. But it happened because the weather was hot.”
DEADLY EFFECTS
The Sun previously revealed that it can take less than half an hour for the effects to kick in when left in sweltering car.
Even if it’s a cloudy day, sweating and thirst can start within 45 minutes.
Experiments show that even on a cooler summer day, temperatures inside a closed vehicle can quickly exceed 125°F (about 52°C) – just off the world record for the hottest temperature ever recorded of 56’C in Death Valley, California.
The cabin of a car can become 20’C hotter than the temperature outside, even on cool and cloudy days, as a result of the greenhouse effect.
As the car becomes an oven, the longer you leave a child, the more at risk they become from severe health issues.
When you spend some time in a high temperature, your body’s thermoregulatory efficiency decreases while body temperature starts to rise.
The body is in a state of hyperthermia, as it absorbs more heat than it dissipates.
It is especially dangerous when body temperature is higher than 40C (compared to the normal 36-37C).
Such a situation is known medically as heat illness, which may cause heat stroke – dizziness, confusion and seizures.

It came as stats show an average of 38 children die as a result of being left in a car every year in the UK.
Most are under the age of two.
