Martin Lewis’ MSE reveals HUGE Amazon sales coming in days & how to access the Prime deals without paying for membership
MARTIN Lewis has revealed Amazon will launch a huge sale in the next few days and shown some of the best deals that could be on offer.
The finance expert, who runs the MoneySavingExpert website, said the sale will run from 1am on October 11 until 11.59pm on October 12 which will be part of Amazon’s “Prime Early Access Sale”.

According to Amazon, the event is to help spread the cost of the festive season, with Mr Lewis saying it could be “early access to its Black Friday prices”.
Although Mr Lewis said the sale was only for its Amazon Prime customers, but non-Prime subscribers could access the deals for free – as long as you’ve not had a Prime subscription or free trial before.
The money saving site also gave its predictions for what could be up for grabs but said this was just largely based on guesswork.
It did say though that Amazon had told the site it would have offers on toys, electronics, fashion and everyday essentials, including brands such as Shark, Lego, Samsung, Nespresso, Hasbro and more.

By looking at what Amazon had offered up in previous deals over the years, the money saving website predicted it was “very likely” that some of the biggest discounts would be on its own Amazon devices, such as Alexa Echo speakers, Kindles and Fire tablets, with as much as 50 per cent off.
It said: “We’ve spotted that you can now pre-order the next generation of Amazon devices, so we’re predicting the current models could have the biggest discounts we’ve ever seen in this sale.”
Big savings were predicted to be made on Fitbit devices as well, with discounts of up to 30 per cent off.
Other brands that could be included in the upcoming sale include GHD, Philips, Braun and Bose.

MoneySavingExpert also issued some warnings about possibility of some duds amongst the deals.
It said that the Fitbit Versa special edition was £160 in the 2019 Prime Day sale, but a member of the MSE team spotted that it was £10 cheaper the week before.
Similarly, last year a Fitbit was cheaper in July 2021, than during Black Friday 2021.
It also warned bargain hunters not to be taken in by the hype and caught up in the excitement to buy something you don’t need or can’t afford.
People are urged to do their own price comparison to make sure you are getting the best deal possible before splashing the cash.
The site also said that the deals on offer will last for different amounts of time.
While some will last the entire duration of the sale, some will just last for 24 hours while “lightning deals” could be launched as often as every five minutes but only last for a very limited time.
Mr Lewis also revealed that while the Prime Day offers were aimed at those with an Amazon Prime membership there was a way around paying the fee.
Normally, membership costs £8.99 a month or £95 a year and offers next-day delivery and other perks.
But anyone who has not had a Prime account before can sign up to its free 30-day trial which makes you eligible for the deals.
However, people are warned to make sure you cancel before the trial is over if you don’t want to continue to pay for membership, otherwise you will be charged.
If you’re a student, you can get six months’ free Prime and 50 per cent off full membership.
Mr Lewis also offered up tips on how bargain hunters can spot if they are getting a good deal or not.
He advised using a “shopbot” such as Google Shopping and Price Spy – to see if Amazon was offering the cheapest price online although he warned that some shopbots can leave out or favour some retailers.
Mr Lewis also advised it was worth checking to see if a price is at its lowers using the Amazon price tracker Camelcamelcamel – which should reveal if it really is a deal.
Shoppers are also told to look out for price-matching by competitors such as AO.com, Argos, Currys and John Lewis, these outlets may offer free extras, such as a longer guarantee, on items.
People keen to possibly save even more money are advised to check out Amazon Warehouse, which has returned items.
During last year’s Black Friday the warehouse had 20 per cent off, so people might want to wait to see if this happens this year – although there is no guarantee.
