Hercule Poirot Meets A Spooky Ghost In A Haunting In Venice Trailer
Kenneth Branagh’s Hercule Poirot is back in the first trailer for A Haunting in Venice. And this time he might be contending with a foe from beyond the grave, rather than one who merely puts people in a grave.
That’s right, we’re talking about ghosts. Watch the trailer below.
As we see in the trailer, the story revolves around a young girl who died in Venice a year before the events of the film. Michelle Yeoh’s character helps the girl’s mother perform a seance to talk to the girl–but someone is killed during it, and now Poirot has to solve a potentially new kind of case: a supernatural one.
The Flash First Reactions Are Super Excited: ‘Meets And Surpasses The Hype’
It’s been a long road to the big screen for the Flash’s standalone movie. But while you still have to wait another month to check it out, CinemaCon attendees were treated to one of the very first screenings of the movie on Tuesday night. And, well, there were some extremely positive responses.
One of those positive responses came from none other than GameSpot Senior Editor Chris Hayner, who declared that “Keaton delivers everything you want” and that the movie actually “meets and suprasses the hype.”
I don’t know what to say other than #TheFlash delivered more than I could have hoped. The acting is beyond great. Keaton delivers everything you want. Supergirl is my new favorite superhero? I’m genuinely shocked this movie meets and surpasses the hype. I never expected that. pic.twitter.com/PcmpJ2juZ6

Fandom Managing Editor Eric Goldman was similarly happy coming out of the screening, specifically lauding its originality. Goldman said The Flash actually had great moments that he “hadn’t seen in a million other superhero movies” before.

RPS@PAX 2023: Life Is Strange meets We Are OFK in dino visual novel Goodbye Volcano High
We’ve had our eyes on Goodbye Volcano High since it appeared in Sony’s State Of Play back in February and the demo at PAX East is one of the first times that the devs have placed a game preview in the hands of eager players. I had the chance to sit down with the demo and play KO_OP’s teen dino adventure first hand. Check out the video below if you’re interested to know what I thought:
Goodbye Volcano High follows a group of teen dinos as they begin their senior year of highschool. It’s part coming-of-age visual novel part rhythm game as the group try to grapple with school while also trying to make it big as up-and-coming musicians.
I had a great time with the demo, and it looks like we won’t have to wait long for the full release at Goodbye Volcano High is launching on Steam and PlayStation on June 15th.
A Man Meets an Alarmingly Persistent Monster Baby in Horror Short Ding
You’re walking down the block in the middle of the day when suddenly you notice something creeping behind you. It has prominent front teeth, staring eyes, and isn’t wearing a stitch of clothing. What to do when it makes a move toward you? As Ding demonstrates, you must be ready to fight back! Viciously!
This new management game looks like Theme Hospital meets Startopia
Far be it from me to get excited about games that have just been announced, but the reveal trailer for Galacticare has slapped this management game right onto the old radar. An intergalactic radar, in fact, because this is a hospital management game – in spaaaaace! – coming later this year. It’s from a Brighton-based indie studio called Brightrock Games, and it sort of looks like Theme Hospital with a space skin, or Startopia with a hospital sim. Neither option is a bad thing, in my opinion.
