White, 53, has got himself in even better shape and is looking absolutely shredded[/caption]
White, however, trimmed down his once-massive frame after being told by blood and DNA experts to change his lifestyle habits.
And judging from his new leaner and meaner physique, he’s clearly yielded their advice.
White shared a snap of himself relaxing on a luxury yacht in Miami with a buddy to his Instagram page on Saturday afternoon.
The 53-year-old was topless in the pool and showcasing a frame his fighters would be proud of.
White’s abdominal muscles – which were deeply carved – were popping through his skin as he soaked up the Miami sun.
MMA fans were blown away by White’s body, with one saying: “God damn, Dana is shredded.”
Another said: “Dana White is 53 years old. Absolutely incredible what you can achieve with diet, exercise and discipline.”
And another one said: “Dana White looking like he’s about to go on a run for the title.”

One remarked: “Damn, Dana White got shredded for #UFC287 in Miami.”
Another chimed in: “What is Dana White’s diet?”
White stunned UFC fans last year by revealing he had been given just TEN YEARS to live after visiting a health guru who conducted blood and DNA tests on him.
During an appearance on the Action Junkies Podcast: “This guy can take your blood and your DNA and tell you when you’re going to die. And he’s right within a month.
“How crazy is that? I had to know. I became f***ing obsessed with finding out the month I’m gonna die.
“I connect with this guy and they come in and do my blood work and they scrape the insides of your cheeks to do your DNA.
“The following Wednesday is when my results are supposed to be back.”
White then added: “He gave me 10.4 years to live.”
Watch Muhammad Ali’s grandson Biaggio score KO to improve MMA record as PFL star vows to create his own legacy in cage
MUHAMMAD ALI’S grandson Biaggio added another first-round knockout to improve his MMA record.
The lightweight prospect is still an amateur but is signed to The Professional Fighters League, MMA’s only seasonal format.

Biaggio returned to the cage in Las Vegas for his fourth bout, facing Isaiah Figueroa in front of a raucous home crowd.
And the 24-year-old lived up to the hype as he closed the show inside four minutes of the opening round.
The American landed a string of right hands, forcing Figueroa to retreat and cover up with his back against the cage.
But after a barrage of punches came in, the referee was left with no choice but to step in, improving Biaggio’s record to 3-1.
The ever-improving prospect continues to live up to his iconic grandfather’s name – but is out to be remembered on his own merit.
He said: “Every single fighter in the world wants to make their own name, their own legacy.
“I’m doing the exact same thing I’m just like any fighter I just have a famous grandfather that’s the only difference.
“With that, I get a little bit more pressure, a little bit more attention as well but what happens in the cage is what really matters.”
Biaggio last year signed with the PFL, which consists of qualifying and knockout stages, with two regular season bouts and play-offs.
Points are earned per method of victory in the opening two fights with the top four in each weight progressing into the semi-finals.
From there, it is victory-or-go-home culminating in a winner-take-all finale fight where a title belt and $1million cheque lays in wait.
But Biaggio – not yet pro – features as a special attraction on PFL undercards as he looks to learn his craft with the eyes of the world watching.

Leibrock, 35, connected with a perfectly-timed left high kick before following it up with some vicious ground and pound.
It left the referee with no choice but to step in and end the fight, as Leibrock announced herself on the PFL stage.
She said: “First of all, I just want to say my name is Amber Leibrock, I’m from Hayward, California, I represent the Bay Area and I’m here to stay.
“So if you don’t know me, get to know me and remember the name.
“I respect everybody that steps in this cage with me and their art and I know she is a dangerous person on her feet.
“She’s a multi world kickboxing, Muay Thai world champion so I think it did take a minute to find it but when it’s there it’s there and I found it.”

Stephan Bonnar dead at 45: UFC Hall of Famer and MMA legend dies after ‘presumed heart complications at work’
AN MMA legend known for fighting one of the most important rounds in UFC history has died of presumed heart complications.
Ultimate Fighting Championship Hall of Famer Stephan Bonnar passed away on Thursday while at work, UFC confirmed. He was just 45.
The fighter was most known for his memorable appearance in the first season of The Ultimate Fighter[/caption]
The UFC wrote that his contribution to the program saved the dying sport and brought a new fan base to MMA[/caption]
“Stephan Bonnar was one of the most important fighters to ever compete in the Octagon,” said UFC President Dana White in a statement.
“His fight with Forrest Griffin changed the sport forever, and he will never be forgotten.
The fans loved him, related to him and he always gave them his best. He will be missed.”
Bonnar is most known for starring in the very first season of The Ultimate Fighter in 2005.
The program followed sixteen fighters while they lived and trained in two separate teams that competed in various challenges.
During the show, Bonnar faced off against Forrest Griffin in a legendary battle that revived the dying sport.
According to UFC, the fight may have saved the company after it introduced cage fighting to a new generation of fans.
“I knew it was a good fight during the fight,” Bonnar previously said.
“It hit me when everyone started stomping their feet and it felt like the whole place was shaking.”
While Bonner finished as runner-up, he did win a fan following and a fighting career he once could only dream of having.
“Everything changed,” he said.
“I didn’t think I’d have a UFC career. It was just a little hobby I was doing, so it changed everything.”
He would go on to fight plenty of memorable rounds in the next seven years, defeating notable players like Keith Jardine, James Irvin, and Kyle Kingsbury.
Known as The American Psycho, the Indiana native also faced off against fellow Hall of Famers Rashad Evans, Anderson Silva, and Tito Ortiz before ending his career.
His tragic loss comes after he posted about “losing everything” to a house fire earlier this year.
Just three days ago, he promoted a fight on Instagram in a now-heartbreaking post.
Bonnar retired from mixed martial arts after suffering a first-round TKO defeat to Anderson Silva in 2012.
But he returned to the cage two years later at Bellator 131, where he suffered a split-decision defeat to Tito Ortiz.
The American Psycho closed the book on his professional MMA career for a second and final time shortly after losing to his fellow UFC great.
