Manuscript ‘em up Pentiment has inked a November 15th release date
If you’d told me back in early June that legendary RPG devs Obsidian Entertainment would be releasing an adventure game set around a medieval German abbey, I would’ve scoffed and called you a charlatan. Speed forwards through time to today, when Obsidian revealed that Pentiment is out on November 15th, and I’m genuinely pleased to hear it. Refresh your memory of Pentiment by watching the game’s trailer below.
Space citybuilder Ixion is launching on November 16th
Sci-fi citybuilder Ixion was one of the best things I played during February’s Steam Next Fest demo bonanza earlier in the year, and my only regret is that I didn’t write up my thoughts about it at the time because, you know, Elden Ring. Happily, though, developers Bulwark Studios have announced Ixion’s release date this morning, so let me tell you about it now.

Sonic Frontiers: November Release Date Seemingly Leaks

Sonic Frontiers ad prematurely reveals November 8 release date out of nowhere
Sonic Frontiers appears to be releasing on November 8, as per a now-removed ad uploaded to YouTube. It seems that someone behind the scenes was really living that “gotta go fast” mindset — publishing a trailer was ahead of schedule.
As for when this trailer was meant to go live, it’s possible that the release date was intended to be shown off at the Gamescom Opening Night Live show later today. The upcoming open world Sonic title that we’ve been seeing more and more of over recent months has been receiving a mixed reception from fans since we first laid eyes on it.
Although the trailer was swiftly taken down, Sonic fans are some of the quickest out there, meaning a back-up was saved and uploaded to Twitter courtesy of quick-on-the-draw user Shaikh Sehran. In it, we see a brief 30 seconds of Sonic racing through different environments present in the open world, as well as taking on some absolutely massive enemies towering overhead.

Furthermore, the listing states the game will receive a batch of DLC after release (via reddit).
If the date sounds familiar to you, it’s because it popped up in the PlayStation database at one point before being removed (thanks, Nintendo Everything).
Evil West Has Been Delayed To November
Evil West, the supernatural Wild West action game from Shadow Warrior 2 developer Flying Wild Hog, has been delayed by another two months. First announced at the 2020 Game Awards for a 2021 release, the game was first delayed to September 2022, and has now been pushed back again with a new release date of November 22, 2022.
The delay was announced via an image on Twitter, with the developers citing the pressures of developing across five platforms and multiple console generations as a reason for the delay. Evil West is intended for release on PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One.
