Eighties superstar, 65, hasn’t aged a day since global fame as she’s hailed as a ‘gorgeous queen’ at old band reunion
IT SEEMS that one Eighties superstar hasn’t aged a day since her global fame.
Throughout her four decade long career, she’s been nominated for 14 Billboard Music Awards, two American Music Awards, a BRIT Award and a Grammy Award.

Belinda Carlisle, had various smash-hit singles including ‘Mad About You’, ‘I Get Weak’, ‘Circle in the Sand’ and ‘Leave a Light On.
Her only US chart topper came in the form of ‘Heaven Is a Place on Earth’, which reached number one in ten territories worldwide when it was released in 1987.
She recently released a makeup-free snap on her Instagram grid page where she showed off her ageless beauty.
The singer revealed she is going back to work with her old band The Go-Go’s.
She captioned the photo: “HI HO HI HO it’s off to work I go,” as she also tagged her glam squad.
Fans couldn’t help but flood the comments section with praise and excitement for the star.
One user gushed: “You look amazing as usual… have a fab time! So excited for you gals!

Before she went solo, Belinda was originally the lead vocalist of the Go-Go’s who have been hailed as the ‘most successful all-female rock band of all time’.
She joined the group after their formation in 1978 and soon had charts success with their debut album Beauty and the Beat back in 1981.
Throughout the years, the group sold over seven million records worldwide, received a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame in 2011, and were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2021.
They are also known as the first and only girlband to date to write their own songs and play their own instruments to have achieved a number one album.
After their first split, they reunited in 1999, and Belinda – whilst simultaneously maintaining a solo career – performed with her old bandmates until they disbanded in 2022.
However, according to Belinda’s social media page, the band are now back together again and are working on various live shows.
