After Visiting ROSWELL CRASH SITE President Truman Ordered Cover-up
President Harry Truman visited the site of the alleged flying saucer crash in Roswell, New Mexico, to ensure that the incident was covered up from the public.
The following information was forwarded to me:
“Roswell, NM: My uncle (Wayne Schell) was a personal bodyguard to Pres. Harry S. Truman in 1947. They both went to Roswell at the insistence of POTUS Truman in July 1947 after sneaking out of the White House disguised as press. My uncle said they met a Major Easley at the crash site. Major Easley promised the President that nothing from the crash would remain.”
This statement was submitted by William Sells, from Noblesville, Indiana, whose profile says he is a retired “specialist” at the National Security Agency (NSA), said his uncle Wayne Schell had been a personal bodyguard to President Truman and had told him in the 1960s about the secret operation, which involved the use of a “double” of President Truman. Could this be true?
Stated later to the Daily Express:
“The secret service instituted Operation Doppelganger and provided Harry Truman’s double to make sure the press was unaware of Harry’s real location.
“At first I did not believe him (Mr. Schell) until we opened his military footlocker in his bedroom after his death around 1969.
“In there were letters from FDR and Truman along with glossy photos of the Yalta Conference with Churchill, Stalin, and FDR.”

I ordered the Skims boyfriend collection – the material is 10/10 but people ask if my body’s ‘included’
WHEN a Skims customer received her latest order, she couldn’t wait to model it for her TikTok followers.
But her fellow shoppers only wanted her purchases from the boyfriend collection if they included an exclusive accessory.
Skims shopper Lexi Barendregt (@lexkb) ordered two complete outfits in contrasting monochrome colors.
The comfy loungewear quickly became a staple of her wardrobe, the 23-year-old said in her review.
“I will now be living in these,” she declared in the video’s caption.
First, she modeled the clothes in a pale heather gray color.
Barendregt bought the Boyfriend T-shirt, $44, in a size extra-large.
She labeled the loose-fitting top a 10 out of 10.
When it came to the Boyfriend Boxers, $28, she had one regret.
“These bottoms were a little big,” Barendregt said.
While she ordered them in a size large, she said she “could’ve sized down.”
Next, she modeled the same clothing in an all-black color palette.
This time, she ordered the boyfriend T-shirt in a size large, pairing it with the Cotton Rib Boxers, $32.
The boxers were a size large once again, but the ribbed material contributed to a more figure-hugging silhouette.
“These fit perfectly!” a happy Barendregt said.
She loved the entire collection, calling the fabric it was made from “THE softest material ever.”
In the comments, though, Barendregt had some apologizing to do.
“Now I need,” wrote a viewer who didn’t have the boyfriend collection in her wardrobe yet.
“Hate to be a bad influence, but you do,” Barendregt wrote back.
Other women had more direct questions before they made a purchase.
“Okay, but does it come with the a**?” asked one woman who appreciated the way Barendregt looked in the clothing.
“No, seriously though,” pleaded a different fan.
“For you?” Barendregt responded, playing along. “Yes, it does.”
That was all it took to convert the interest into a sale. “Period, you sold me,” the original commenter said.
Porn site xHamster ordered to delete certain amateur videos
Popular porn site xHamster must remove all amateur, sexually explicit videos of people in the Netherlands unless Hammy Media — the Cyprus-based owner of xHamster — can demonstrate that everyone featured has consented, an Amsterdam court ruled. This includes videos with the appearance of candid or secret recordings. If these videos are made outside the Netherlands and there’s no documentation of consent, they must be inaccessible within the Netherlands.
The decision follows complaints made by the agency Expertise Bureau Online Child Abuse (EOKM), who submitted 10 examples of videos where xHamster didn’t obtain proof of consent, Ars Technica reported. These videos were uploaded between 2017 and 2020. Hammy Media argued that since 2021 (following tightened regulations by Mastercard and Visa), only professional producers and verified members can upload content. After a video is uploaded, a moderation team checks the video for illegal content, before it’s posted to the public. Proof of identity and consent must be provided for all performers in the video, and checks are made to assure the uploader is the same person as the performer.
Despite this, judge RA Dudok van Heel said it’s “sufficiently plausible” that xHamster can’t demonstrate that permission has been obtained for people appearing in a large amount of footage on the site. Hammy Media provided consent documentation for one of the 10 videos EOKM cited, and the judge didn’t find that persuasive.
Now, xHamster has three weeks after the ruling to remove the videos, or be subject to fines — €10,000 (around $11,000) per video, which will increase by €500 ($550) per day that the video is still public, up to €30,000 ($33,000). In a press release, EOKM called this decision a victory. Director of EOKM, Arda Gerkens, stated that they’ll consider taking further steps against other porn sites. Otto Volgant of Dutch law firm Boekx Advocaten said this is a historic ruling with major implications in the adult industry, and referenced when Pornhub removed millions of unverified videos.
The case raises questions, director of public affairs at the U.S. porn industry lobby group Free Speech Coalition, Mike Stabile, told Mashable. Stabile said that xHamster appears to have one of the more rigorous content verification systems in the industry, and there’s no evidence that the site isn’t removing non-consensually distributed content when its reported to them.
“So while I understand the concerns, inside the industry and out, there are thousands of sites, adult and non-adult, that host unverified content — including sites like Twitter,” Stabile said. “No one should have private or copyrighted content distributed without their consent, but I am always concerned when the government specifically targets adult sites for issues that are internet wide.”
xHamster hasn’t yet responded to Mashable’s request for comment.
I ordered a lemonade with no ice at a McDonald’s rival – and what they gave me was so ridiculous I had to grab my phone
A WENDY’S customer has shared their experience ordering a lemonade with no ice.
What they received was so ridiculous, they grabbed their phone and began recording.
TikToker Kay (@kaybrynell) shared the incident in a recent video.
“Look what Wendy’s did when my friend asked for lemonade & no ice,” the on-screen text read.
The video then shows a Wendy’s cup filled only slightly more than halfway with lemonade.
The beverage was filled to a line on the side of the cup, well below the top.
The video has been viewed more than 270,000 times.
Many in the comments shared that they, too, have experienced this at different fast food chains.
“They did that to me and I asked for a refund. I told the lady you don’t do that with Coke,” someone said.
“Starbucks tried this and I got a refund,” one person wrote.
“McDonald did that to me too,” someone else said.
“The red line on the side is where they fill it too and than add ice too make it full,” another said.
However, not everyone has had that same experience.
“I always ask for no ice at diff. Locations and they always fill it up..what y’all talking about?” one person commented.
“I ask for no ice or light ice so my drink doesn’t get watered down, so I wouldn’t mind. But I’ve never seen a place actually give less,” another wrote.
“Nah that’s never happened to me and I always get no ice with my lemonade,” another chimed in.
The U.S. Sun has reached out to Wendy’s for comment.

Report: Apple CEO Tim Cook Ordered Headset Launch Despite Designers Warning It Wasn’t Ready
The timing of the mixed-reality headset’s launch has apparently been a cause of considerable contention at Apple. The company’s industrial design team cautioned that devices in the category were not yet ready for launch and wanted to delay until a lightweight AR glasses product had matured several years later. On the other hand, Apple’s operations team wanted to ship an early version of the product in the form of a VR-focused ski goggle-like headset that allows users to watch 3D videos, perform interactive workouts, or make FaceTime calls with virtual avatars.
Tim Cook, who served as Apple’s operations chief prior to becoming CEO, reportedly sided with Jeff Williams, overruling objections from Apple’s designers and pressing for an early launch with a more limited product. Speaking to the Financial Times, former Apple engineers who worked on the device described the “huge pressure to ship.”
Upon the departure of design chief Jony Ive in 2019, Apple’s design team now reports directly to Williams. While design led the direction of Apple’s products under Steve Jobs, employees have noticed that operations is increasingly taking control over product development under Cook’s leadership. One former engineer said that the best part of working at Apple was devising engineering solutions to meet the “insane requirements” of the design team, but that has apparently changed in recent years.
Apple’s headset has reportedly been in active development for seven years, twice as long as the original iPhone prior to its launch. The device is seen as being tied directly to Tim Cook’s legacy, as Apple’s first new computing platform developed entirely under his leadership.
The company is still expecting to sell only around a million units of the headset during its first year on sale at a ~$3,000 price point. Nevertheless, Apple is purportedly preparing a “marketing blitz” for the product later this year.

YouTuber Sentenced To Over 5 Years and Ordered To Forfeit $30 Million in Large-Scale Cable Piracy Case
“Thirty million dollars is a lot of money [but] tangible objects aren’t everything,” U.S. District Judge Harvey Bartle III said in announcing the punishment during a hearing in federal court. “You have a large following and there may be people who think if you can get away with it, they can too.” Carrasquillo, 36, apologized to his family, his employees, and the cable companies he’d cheated through his business, which illegally sold content hijacked from cable boxes to thousands of online subscribers paying fees as low as $15 a month. “I really didn’t know the significance of this crime until I was picked up [by the FBI] at my home,” he said. “I feel like I let everybody down.” But while prosecutors described Carrasquillo’s crimes — which included counts of conspiracy, copyright infringement, fraud, money laundering, and tax evasion — as serious, much of Tuesday’s hearing focused on Carrasquillo’s remarkable rags-to-riches story.

Nightmare zoo that housed lonely ape and limping rhino ordered to close by authorities in Puerto Rico
A ZOO that housed a lonely ape and limping rhino has been ordered to close by authorities.
Dr. Juan A. Rivero Zoo, in Puerto Rico, has officially shut its doors after years of suspected animal neglect.
Concerns have been raised over animal welfare for years[/caption]
The country’s government demanded the closure on Tuesday.
They have also announced federal authorities will be investigating the treatment of animals at the park.
The zoo is currently home to around 300 different animals including a kangaroo which has no shelter.
Based in the costal town of Mayaguez, Dr. Juan A. Rivero Zoo has been closed since hurricanes battered the island in 2017.
The 45-acre facility has been described as “dilapidated” ever since.
However, animals remained in the confines, raising concerns over their welfare.
Governor Pedro Pierluisi said: “Animal welfare comes first.
“Questions have been raised for a long time.”
Experts were due to visit back in 2017 – but this didn’t take place until Sunday, says The Wild Animal Sanctuary executive director Pat Craig.
He said: “The zoo definitely has been degraded.
“You can imagine the facilities were overgrown and dilapidated to some degree.”
He also raised concerns over the zoo’s lone chimpanzee as the species need socialisation.
The US Department of Agriculture cancelled the zoo’s licence back in 2018 after multiple violations.
Officials have seen malnourished tigers and distressed cougars living in cramped spaces.
