Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3 Ending And Post-Credits Scenes Explained
Starting with Avengers: Endgame back in 2019, the Marvel Cinematic Universe has told a bunch of different “end of an era” stories. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is the latest of these, with a number of the main cast members publicly declaring that this is the last MCU film they’re doing–and writer/director James Gunn has taken over as boss over at rival DC Studios, so he probably won’t be making any more Marvel movies in the near future.
So, yeah, after three of their own movies, two Avengers movies, a Thor movie, and a holiday special, this is the end of the road for this specific Guardians of the Galaxy roster. The group itself will continue to exist one way or another, however, and it wouldn’t be all that shocking to see a new iteration of the group pop up down the road.

Super Mario Bros. Movie Post-Credits scene revealed – and how it teases the sequel
Stand-alone movies are rare now, with every studio looking for a story and world they can serialize and expand with ease. The Super Mario Bros. Movie is a refreshingly simple one-shot self-enclosed story – but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t also indulge in a little post-credits teasing.
SPOILER WARNING: This story contains minor spoilers for the plot of The Super Mario Bros. Movie, and a detailed, spoilerific description of the post-credits scenes. You have been warned.
The Super Mario Bros. Movie features two post credits scenes – one that’s perhaps a little more revealing about a potential sequel than others. Here’s descriptions of both of them:

The Super Mario Movie Ending And Post-Credits Scenes Explained
It took a few decades, but we finally have our second big-screen adaptation of the Super Mario Bros franchise. And it was worth the wait–the new animated film starring Chris Pratt and Charlie Day as the titular brothers manages to be both quite charming and a feast for the eyes from the very start, and it doesn’t let up until the very end of the credits.
And it’s also, potentially, the start of a new movie franchise. That shouldn’t come as any kind of surprise to anyone, of course, since there aren’t many brands with more entertainment cultural cachet than Nintendo and Mario. But it means that The Super Mario Bros Movie isn’t just telling its own story–it’s also setting up potential future ones.
And in the age of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, that usually involves bonus scenes after or during the end credits. Does The Super Mario Bros Movie follow that trend, or is it safe to exit the theater and never look back once the credits begin?

Shazam: Fury of the Gods Ending And Post-Credits Scenes Explained
Every superhero movie fan knows that you can’t leave the theater until the very last credits have rolled, but that is extra important information for moviegoers seeing Shazam: Fury of the Gods. There are two additional scenes to the movie once the credits begin, the first containing major hints about the future of the character of Shazam (Zachary Levi) and the end-credits scene teasing big things if DC were to go forward with a third Shazam movie.
Warning: The following contains spoilers for Shazam: Fury of the Gods. Proceed with caution.
After Billy (Asher Angel) is revived by Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) in the final scenes of the film, the mid-credits sequence teases where Shazam might be heading in the larger DC cinematic universe. As Shazam is doing some lightning target practice, he’s approached by Peacemaker’s Emilia Harcourt (Jennifer Holland) and John Economos (Steve Agee) on behalf of Amanda Waller (Viola Davis) with an invite to the Justice Society.
