Dead Island 2 release times for all regions
It’s merely a matter of hours (for some) before players can finally jump into Dead Island 2. It’s not like we’ve been waiting for years already or anything. Alas, release time is upon us, and we won’t be waiting much longer before we can embark upon the streets of HELL-A.
Sun-soaked and gloriously gory, Dead Island 2 is a blast with friends, showing the co-op zombie-slaying genre how it’s done in 2023. In my review, I discussed the highs and lows of life in HELL-A, but ultimately, it’s the perfect game to get you geared up for summer.
Now, without further ado, here’s exactly what time Dead Island 2 releases in your region!

The Last Of Us Episode 7 Was Reportedly Censored In Some Regions
The newest episode of HBO’s The Last of Us was reportedly censored for some of the show’s audience, a move that has yet to be explained by those involved with the series. This post contains big spoilers for The Last of Us.
The Last of Us episode seven, titled “Left Behind,” adapts the game’s expansion of the same name and follows the story of Ellie (Bella Ramsey) and Riley (Storm Reid) before the events of the main show. It was another strong episode, culminating in a kiss between Ellie and Riley. Viewers in some regions, however, apparently didn’t see the smooch. Reports on social media suggest that the kiss was edited out for the show’s local streaming partner, OSN+, in the MNEA region.
OSN+ was previously criticized for editing out gay romance scenes from How To Get Away With Murder and House of the Dragon. As others have pointed out, this newest instance of censorship was strange in part because a previous episode of The Last of Us, “Long Long Time,” was reportedly not edited at all on OSN+. That episode was focused nearly exclusively on the gay romance between Bill (Nick Offerman) and Frank (Murray Bartlett).
The original 1997 ‘Berserk’ anime is coming to Netflix on December 1st in select regions (updated)
Berserk, the long-running manga that married fantasy and, well, violence, is coming back to the small screen. The original 25-episode 1997 anime series based on the manga and directed by Naohito Takahashi is coming to Netflix for select markets on December 1st, according to ComicBook.com. Unfortunately, it does not seem that includes the US, UK or Canada, at least not on that December 1st launch date.
As is clear from the trailer below, Berserk is a pitch black and fairly brutal anime that came some eight years after the manga first appeared in Young Animal magazine. The series covers the so-called Golden Age Arc, covering the period when Guts joined the Band Of the Hawk and met the other primary characters, Griffith and Casca. It’s considered by some fans to be the best take on the manga, and is said to have inspired or influenced major anime hits like Fullmetal Alchemist and Attack on Titan.
The release of Berserk material from Netflix seemed a fait accompli when it was announced that the streaming service had secured the rights to that franchise, along with Parasyte, Monster and other classic anime. In addition, new material could be coming soon as well, according to a countdown clock that appeared recently on Berserk’s official website, pointing to a date in mid-December. Nothing is official yet, but it looks like promising times for fans of the franchise.
Update, 12/5/2022: Updated this post to add that Berserkis not available in the US, UK or Canada, at least not in time for the December 1st launch.
UK weather – Met Office issues yellow warnings in three regions as heavy rain set to bring floods chaos today
THE Met Office has issued yellow warnings for three regions as heavy rain looks set to bring flooding chaos today.
Brits can brace for wet weather today as a band of rain pours across some areas which may cause water to rise.
Wet skies are likely to cause havoc for southern parts of England and Wales throughout the morning until 9pm.
Yellow weather warnings have been issued for parts of South Wales, Devon, Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire.
Later in the day, heavy rain will likely move across eastern Scotland which has also been issued the advisory notice.
The downpour may cause flooding and disruption to travel until 9pm.

Met Office spokeswoman Nicola Maxey said the south and west of England could possibly experience thunder on Wednesday.
She told Sky News: “Showers could locally be heavy and there’s a chance you might see thunder, mostly in coastal areas to the south and the west,” she said.
“In general, any rain today will continue to push slowly eastwards across the country tomorrow, becoming persistent in the north, with gales in (the) northeast.
“Sunshine and heavy showers following into south and west later.”

Yellow is the least dangerous out of the weather warnings – it means “be aware”.
This potentially means cancelling plans, having to deal with travel delays, road and rail closures, interruption to power and the potential risk to life and property.
The Met Office predicts there could be as much as 50mm in localised areas.
That rain will continue to move East across the day which will also be heavy at times.
The North will also see some rain with the northeast also being hit with wind and gales.
Britain will continue to be hit with rain and strong winds for the rest of the working week, across all areas.
The northeast will also be hit by gales or even “severe gales,” according to the weather forecasters.
Although the miserable conditions will be eased with periods of “drier interludes” for many areas.
The notices come as Brits faced a bumpy start to the working week with fog causing travel chaos for commuters.
