Respawn Entertainment has addressed performance issues players have been experiencing with Star Wars Jedi: Survivor on PC.
According to a statement from the development team on Twitter, it was acknowledged a percentage of PC players have been affected, particularly those with high-end machines or specific configurations.
Players using “cutting-edge, multi-threaded chipsets designed for Windows 11” are encountering problems on Windows 10, and those with high-end GPUs coupled with “lower-performing CPUs” are also experiencing unexpected frame loss.”

Respawn Hints At Loba Swimsuit Skin, Thirsty Apex Fans Rejoice
Apex Legends players who have been hoping to see Loba in a swimsuit may soon have their prayers answered, as the official Apex Legends Twitter account tweeted what appears to be a hint at the skin’s impending arrival earlier today. Respawn asked fans of the game to like the tweet, promising players would soon be able to get their hands on “the swimsuit skin.”

According to a subsequent tweet which appeared to confirm the skin’s existence, the original tweet garnered the requested 10,000 likes in under 10 minutes.
“See you tomorrow,” the final sentence of the second tweet reads, suggesting news about this new pool party-themed cosmetic set is on the horizon.
Respawn to keep Apex Legends running for another “10 to 15 years” as it opens third studio
Respawn Entertainment has announced the opening of its third studio, with the intentions of keeping battle-royale shooter, Apex Legends, running for another “10 to 15 years.”
The developer, owned by EA, was initially founded by former Call of Duty developers in 2010, rising to fame with the release of Titanfall in 2014. Now, in 2023, Respawn is working on the upcoming Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, while continually working on its free-to-play title, Apex Legends.
In a detailed interview with GamesIndustry.biz, Respawn shares that it’s new studio will be located in Madison, Wisconsin, with plans to bring in more talent to work on Apex Legends.
Respawn cancels single-player Apex Legends/Titanfall game
An announced game in the Titanfall and Apex Legends universe has been cancelled at developer Respawn, according to a new report. Code-named Titanfall Legends, this new FPS game has gotten the axe after publisher Electronic Arts posted a disappointing financial outlook for the quarter and announced it was cancelling its Battlefield and Apex Legends mobile games as well.
