Meta announced that it will hold its third annual Meta Quest Gaming showcase on June 1 at 10 AM PT / 1 PM ET. The show is expected to last over 40 minutes, with a brand new pre-show of game updates and debut trailers 15 minutes before the main show.
The Meta Quest Gaming showcase will be hosted by Oculus Studios executive producer Ruth Bram. Meta didn’t reveal much else, but there will be a post-show developer roundtable and deep-dive conversation around upcoming games, as well as new game announcements, gameplay footage, and updates to existing games during the show.

The short video clip shows a desert area with what looks to be Loki’s helmet. This could be related to developer Sanzaru Games, which made Asgard’s Wrath for Oculus Rift. The studio was acquired by Meta back in 2020 and became part of Oculus Studios.
Capcom hosted a Street Fighter 6 showcase yesterday with Lil Wayne as the MC and dropped new information on the upcoming game.
This new information included details on World Tour, customized avatar battles, accessibility features, the Year 1 roadmap, and a demo that kicks off today on PS4 and PS5. The demo will arrive on Xbox and Steam next week on April 26.
Quite a bit of information came out of the showcase, so grab a beverage and a snack real quick before diving in.
THQ Nordic has announced its annual Digital Showcase will return this year in August.
The 2023 Digital Showcase will air on Friday, August 11 at 12pm PT, 3pm ET, 8pm BST, and 9pm CEST.

Nintendo’s Indie World Showcase aired last night, showing off more than a dozen interesting, indie titles that’ll be coming to the Nintendo Switch during 2023. The clue is in the name when it comes to what was on display; indie titles.
So, if you’re looking for a morsel of hope that Hollow Knight: Silksong is happening this summer, I have to sadly break it to you that no, it did not show up at the showcase. That said, plenty of other games shown off might tide you over until we eventually, one day, receive an update on Silksong.

Announced via the official Capcom Twitter, the showcase will be the final pre-release update before the game launches on June 2. We don’t know what to expect from this showcase at this time, other than it will contain “big news and announcements,” according to the announcement post, so we’ll have to tune in and find out live!
When does the Street Fighter 6 showcase go live? Well, the show is set to kick off at 3PM PT / 6PM ET / 11AM BST / 12AM CEST. Those two latter time zones will have to check in April 21.
