The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Starview Island will hold you in awe. Well, at least when looking at it from the outside. This Death Star-esque structure can be seen in the distance, and you might be wondering what you can find therein. Here’s our guide to help you complete the Starview Island puzzle for the Mayasiar Shrine Death Star in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Starview Island is one of a select few Death Star-like mega-structures in the high heavens (it has counterparts in other regions, too). It’s found in the North Gerudo Sky Archipelago in the western portion of the map.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Lightcast Island has a mystery that awaits you. Upon reaching it, you’ll be greeted by light beams, which you probably haven’t seen that often unless you’ve been exploring Gerudo. Here’s our guide to help you complete the Lightcast Island puzzle for the Ga-Ahisas Shrine in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Lightcast Island puzzle can be found in the North Tabantha Sky Archipelago, in the western portion of the Sky World.
It can be a little tough to reach it for newcomers. Instead, your best recourse is to return later, at least until you’ve acquire more Zonai Devices, such as Wings, Rockets, Fans, and Batteries. Once you have what you need, you can head to the Hebra Sky Archipelago, normally reachable by way of the Rospro Pass Skyview Tower. As you keep heading south, island-hopping in the air, you should see a few with scattered Zonai Devices, too.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Utsushok Shrine puzzle asks a fairly simple question. It’s about how you’ll want to arrange or attach certain objects to complete your task. Here’s our guide to help you solve the Utsushok Shrine’s Long or Wide puzzle in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Utsushok Shrine can be found in the Faron region, specifically in the center and south part, where you’ll also see the Highland Stable. In fact, you’re likely to visit this place as you’re doing the Ishokin Shrine/Ride the Giant Horse quest.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Ride the Giant Horse quest takes you all over the region of Faron. Apart from looking for the creature, you’ll also unlock a Shrine. Here’s our guide to help you complete the Ride the Giant Horse quest for the Ishokin Shrine in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Ride the Giant Horse quest comes from an NPC named Baddek. You’ll find him, as well as a Sky Crystal, along a rocky hillside in Faron Grasslands. Once you approach him, he’s not gonna let you have the crystal that easily. Instead, he wants you to bring a Giant Horse that he’s never seen before.
Baddek tells you to talk to people in Highland Stable, which is further east. You should also spot Utsushok Shrine, as that’s the main fast travel point for that landmark.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Marari-In Shrine is fairly well-hidden. That’s because it’s tucked away in a corner of the map that you probably won’t visit unless you go off the beaten path. Here’s our guide to help you find the Eventide Island Marari-In Shrine in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Marari-In Shrine can be found on Eventide Island, which is all the way at the southeastern tip of the world map. Basically, if you’ve been to Lurelin Village to help repair its buildings, there’s a good chance that you’ve seen another landmass in the distance (i.e. past the “dagger” of the cove). You can go ahead and create a seafaring vehicle, such as a bunch of logs attached together, along with a Zonai Fan and a Steering Stick, to make your way there.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Legend of Soaring Spear is a type of quest that you’ll stumble upon as you’re exploring the world. The idea is to make a weapon fly through a hoop, but you need to figure out how to do that. Here’s our guide to help you complete Legend of Soaring Spear for the Utojis Shrine in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Legend of Soaring Spear is something you’ll learn about in the Tobio’s Hollow area of Necluda. From the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower, travel slightly to the southwest until you see a hilly section just before the jungles of Faron.
The Tobio’s Hollow Cave is here, and you’ll find a notebook with this clue:
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Jiukoum Shrine, Built For Rails, might frustrate you to no end. Thankfully, there are a few ways to circumvent the mechanics. Here’s our guide to help you complete the Jiukoum Shrine’s Built For Rails puzzle in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Jiukoum Shrine can be found just southeast of the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower. From the tower, use the launch pad and glide southeast until you see it on a ridge.
The first two puzzle sections won’t likely cause any issues. The first puzzle simply has you riding a metal plate across the rails. For the second part, you’ll want to create something that looks like a desk. The additional segments below it will prevent it from sliding off (seen in the image below).
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Tukarok Shrine puzzle, Forward Force, can be a little annoying. It challenges you to come up with some sort of vehicular contraption that can cross obstacles and gaps. Here’s our guide to help you complete the Tukarok Shrine’s Forward Force puzzle in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Tukarok Shrine can be found west of the Lanayru Wetlands landmark. In fact, it acts as the main Shrine for those who are visiting the Wetland Stable, which is along the river border separating Lanayru from Hyrule.
Upon entering, you’ll notice a large orb and a vehicle (i.e. a stone board with several Big Wheel devices). Naturally, you’ll just want to attach the ball on top of the vehicle so you can drive across lava. Simple, right?
Some shrines in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom require you to find and deliver the green shrine crystal in order to enter. This is the case with Jochi-Ihiga Shrine, which is located southwest of Tarrey Town in Akkala Highlands just waiting for you to come along and get things started. We’ll tell you where to get the crystal and solve this mystery.
Getting inside of Jochi-Ihiga Shine requires you to begin a side-quest in Tarrey Town in Akkala Highlands. You’ll find a man standing beside a green shrine crystal in Tarrey Town. If you speak with him about the crystal, you’ll start “Rock for Sale,” and he’ll attempt to sell it to you for 100 rupees.
Luckily, a woman comes along to save the day, convincing the greedy fellow to cut the price down. When she’s done talking him into selling the crystal for 50 rupees, pay up and claim the crystal for your own. Examine the crystal to start the process of delivering it.
