We’re digging into the anthropological roots of the Nutons of the Belgian Ardennes and the dwarves who lived in the nearby region. Understood to be primarily cave dwellers, Nutons appear to have been adept at building and repurposing human constructions, and may be considered part of the genus Homo faber. The Small Belgian People 6 looks at the possible origin story of the Nutons being a dwarf version of Cro-Magnon, evolving in an area that lacked sufficient food sources to support a physically larger population.
