Lots of news from the Parapsychology Foundation (PF). First off, the Parapsychology Foundation’s Eileen J. Garrett Research Library has found a new home at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) Special Collections, the Albin O. Kuhn Library in Baltimore, Maryland. The PF itself has relocated to a new office within Greenport, Long Island. The PF’s director, Lisette Coly, also announces the publication of Call Me Lucifer: Dialogues with a Noble Stranger by Eileen J. Garrett, Coly’s grandmother. The book details the conversations Garrett had with one of her controls, an entity she referred to as “The Noble Stranger,” though when asked what she should call him, the entity responded “You can call me Lucifer.” And last but not least, the PF has announced an online conference taking place on November 19: Women and Parapsychology Revisited. This is a 30 year follow-up to a conference held in 1991 which was devoted to various aspects of women working as parapsychologists and their specific conditions in this field of research. The upcoming conference will take another look at this topic and see what, if anything, has changed in the meantime. Speakers include Gerhard Mayer, Christine Simmonds-Moore, Sonali Marwaha, Ina Schmied-Knittel, and Donna Maria Thomas. (PH)
