Late last year a very strange story came out about a mid-fifty-ish Argentinian woman who claimed to have been instantly transported 40 miles away from home, and later stated “I think I’m pregnant by an alien.” The verdict: “No Crime Committed,” says the prosecutor, other than that “the causes could not be determined” for “a very strange case.” Another tale from the same country is profiled by Nelson Polanco and Luis Burgos in their Argentina: The Monte del Tio Celestino Humanoid. Actually the two researchers discuss several encounters besides their title event, generally featuring strange lights and tall figures. Humanoid cases seem to be big in Argentina! In Mexico: Lights Reported Over Tijuana and Merida are reported by Jorge Luis Wong. Flares seems a good probability, but researchers are impressed by the different locations experiencing these simultaneous celestial demonstrations and a “pattern” of such displays. (WM)
