Full Description
We are looking for a Ticketing Manager to manage events from club level to stadium shows, from establishing scaling manifests, ticket agent allocations and holds to providing invoicing information, sales reports and ticket reallocations through to settlement.
You’ll prepare events for on-sale through co-ordination regarding price scaling; collation and distribution of event information; Fanclub and agent’s pre-sales, and notification to all box offices; manage of all agent allocations, focusing inventory to agents to maximise sales and revenue and represent Ticketing within the business, advising other departments and promoters on best practice and ensure we are working in the most efficient way.
You’ll be the sole point of contact for AEG Ticketing at greenfield, stadium and arena level shows, where required; work with the AEG production team to maximise the saleable manifest and working with AEG Finance on a variety of reports and requirements, to ensure they have the information needed for any invoicing or other departmental work.
You’ll also manage a Ticketing Assistant and be responsible for and focused on their day-to-day line management and development within the role.
With relevant experience in a ticketing role from a live entertainment background; you’ll have strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and be able to generate reports and have a good attention to detail.
A clear and concise communicator, you’ll be able to build relationships with both colleagues within AEG and those outside of the organisation.
You’ll be highly organised and able to manage multiple events at a time.
