We are looking for a dynamic, well organised and enthusiastic individual to drive the development and implementation of our ground-breaking Live Events Access Charter. You will be working with live events venues, festivals and the grassroots industries to implement changes to improve access provision for their audiences, staff teams and artists.
The Charter was recognised by UK Music as an industry standard in 2017 and currently has over 200 venues and festivals signed up.
A key part of the role will be increasing membership of the Charter, diversifying the membership across new areas of the live events industry. You will also assist in the delivery of our training programmes and access consultancy services.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about festivals and venues, and the rights of everyone to access and enjoy live music and events. You’ll have the skills to work with venues and festivals of all sizes and supporting people to make positive change in the industry.
Salary: £34,000
Hours: Full time – 35 hours per week. This role will include some work outside these hours for evenings and weekends – especially during the summer festival season. Time off in Lieu is offered for additional hours worked.
Contract: Permanent
Based: Office – London, NW1 with potential for travel across the UK and beyond. Hybrid working will be considered.

Pension: 10% employer contribution
Holiday: 26 days per year
