FOUR nursery workers have been arrested on suspicion of child cruelty after a two-year-old was allegedly attacked.
Police swooped on Lemongrove Nursery in Bromley, South East London, after the horror unfolded in May.

The toddler was allegedly assaulted, but police confirmed there were “no apparent physical injuries” to the youngster.
Four women aged between 18 and 28 were arrested on suspicion of child cruelty.
They have since been released on police bail.
Two other female staff members were interviewed voluntarily by detectives.

Officers from the Met’s Child Abuse Investigation Team are now investigating.
The nursery, which catered for children aged between six months to five years, was suspended by Ofsted following the claims.
A Met spokesperson said: “We can confirm police are investigating allegations of child cruelty in relation to a nursery school in Bromley.
”It is alleged that on Friday May 20 a two-year-old child was physically assaulted by staff members at the venue.
“Enquiries are ongoing. We are aware the nursery is no longer operating.”
