Cyclone Tracy brought more than crazy weather to Australia’s Northern Territory as many have reported to Conor Byrne and Rebecca McLaren their sightings of green lightning. Lightning is typically a blinding white or blue, but a few eggheads tapped by Conor and Rebecca provide their best guesses as to the cause of these verdant flashes. Sadly the only stuff falling from the skies was dihydrogen monoxide. In Punta Gorda, back in the late sixties, locals complained about an Anomalous Fall From The Sky. Fish? Frogs? Weird bits of meat? Oh no, no, no, true believers. It’s much more mysterious because the stuff was so mundane as Horrible Sanity reports. (CS)
