Crucial’s SSDs are up to 49 percent off for President’s Day
There’s no such thing as having too much storage or too many backups, so it’s never a bad idea to pick up storage while it’s on sale. There are some good deals on Crucial solid state drives for President’s Day, including on the 1TB MX500. That model is 48 percent off at $52, the lowest price we’ve seen for it to date.
The MX500 is a 2.5-inch drive that will fit into most desktops and laptops. It supports read speeds up to 560MB/s and write speeds up to 510MB/s. There’s AES 256-bit hardware encryption to protect your data too. On top of that, the MX500 has integrated power loss immunity — if there’s a sudden power outage, the drive should still automatically save what you were working on. There are several MX500 options with storage capacities ranging from 250GB to 4TB, but you’ll get the most bang for your buck with the 1TB configuration right now.
Meanwhile, the sale includes a welcome discount on the Crucial P5, which is one of our favorite storage expansion options for the PlayStation 5. The 1TB version is almost half off at $81, though you’ll need to pick up a heatsink separately and attach it to the SSD before installing it in your console.
Some of Crucial’s external SSDs are on sale too. The 1TB X6, which supports read speeds up to 800MB/s, is $65 ($45 off the regular price). The X8, on the other hand, currently costs $73.09 for 1TB of storage. That model supports read speeds of up to 1,050MB/s. Both drives have drop, shock and vibration protection, according to Crucial.

I’m 49 and get trolled for wearing tight clothes but I love flashing my stomach & don’t care – I own it
A FIT mom has shared that despite getting trolled for wearing tight clothes and flashing her stomach, she’s owning it.
Mom-of-three Diana Mirgon, now 51, shared a TikTok where she admitted that she has been chastised for her choice to wear revealing or tight clothing.

Diana has admitted to being trolled by online bullies who comment on her fashion choices.
However, the fitness influencer shared that she doesn’t let the comments stop her from wearing outfits she loves.
While wearing a skimpy bikini at age 49, Diana said she received a comment saying: “You’re 49, your bathing suits show too much!”
Another commenter criticized her halter tank top and short shorts, saying: “You’re too old to wear shorts that short!”
Despite multiple comments from trolls telling the mom to cover up or wear more modest clothing, Diana captioned her TikTok: “Do you, love what you have!!”
Fans in the comments couldn’t have agreed more, with many users complimenting the mom on her physique.
One replier wrote: “49 and abs like that ?!! You wear and rock WHATEVER you want. You’ve obviously put in the work and earned it.”
“You go girl!!!! You aren’t too old for anything!!” another said.
“Wait- WHAT? you tell the haters to go fry fish! How about someone that’s almost 100 years old and still wears false eyelashes? Be you at any age,” said someone else.
Another fashionable TikTok user, who goes by BeautyGaalore on the platform, recently celebrated her 48th birthday.
One look at her videos on the platform shows has a long history of dressing in fun, funky clothes.
Earlier in the year, she posted a photo triptych on TikTok showing three different snapshots of herself in an asymmetrical leather catsuit.
“When they say dress my age and I am!” she wrote in the caption. She added, “47 and loving it!”
Even when trolls come for the TikToker, she believes her cutout dresses and fitted leather catsuits are totally fine – even though she’s a grandma.
Despite her age, the TikToker loves wearing clothes that complement her figure[/caption]

Razer debuts its lightest gaming mouse ever, weighing in at 49 grams
Razer announced its lightest gaming mouse today, the Viper Mini Signature Edition. It only weighs 49g, making it 16 percent lighter than the company’s Viper V2 Pro and one of the most lightweight mice we’ve seen from a large company.
The mouse uses a magnesium alloy exoskeleton with a semi-hollow interior (bearing a slight resemblance to the SteelSeries Aerox 3 Wireless). “We wanted to push beyond the traditional honeycomb design, and this required a material with an outstanding strength-to-weight ratio,” said Razer’s Head of Industrial Design, Charlie Bolton. “After evaluating plastics, carbon fiber and even titanium, we ultimately chose magnesium alloy for its exceptional properties.”
Razer says the mouse uses its fastest wireless tech and will be among its best-performing wireless mice. It includes the Razer Focus Pro 30K Optical Sensor, Optical Mouse Switches Gen-3 and HyperPolling Wireless with 4000Hz polling rates. Additionally, Razer says the mouse’s battery lasts up to 60 hours and can fully charge via USB-C in less than 90 minutes. It ships with a pre-paired USB dongle.
The $280 mouse will be available exclusively on Razer’s website starting February 11th.

I’m 30 and my mom’s 49 – but when people see us dancing, they mistake us for teenagers
A MOM-AND-DAUGHTER duo caught their audience’s attention with a spirited dance session.
But it wasn’t their moves that charmed viewers – it was how young both women looked.
Alexann Plante and her mom participated in a viral TikTok dance[/caption]
Viewers were impressed by how young both the moms looked[/caption]
At 30, young mom Alexann Plante (@alexann_plante) is still wise to the world of TikTok trends.
She invited her 49-year-old mom to participate in a viral dance, with both their birth years visible on the screen.
With the year 1992 written in a caption above her, Plante started the camera and kicked off the choreography.
Stepping back, she revealed her mom, with the year 1972 next to her title.
The two took their places and when the music sped up, they hit every beat flawlessly.
In the background, Plante’s own son dashed past – with his birth year, 2020, floating just above his head.
Despite the clear labels, viewers were reluctant to believe the women were the ages they claimed to be.
“You both look young,” one viewer insisted. “I thought your mother was 37 and you were a teenager.”
Several viewers agreed, saying Plante’s mom looked “way too young” to have an adult daughter.
Most agreed the woman looked closer to “19 or 20.”
Some even questioned whether Plante’s toddler was really her son.
“There’s no way you’re 30,” one stubborn commenter wrote.
Across the board, commenters were impressed by both women’s dance moves.
“Mom understood the assignment!” a thrilled fan said.
Another commenter agreed, calling the pair “gorgeous girls.”
