Great, tweets are showing another metric now

Twitter is adding yet another public metric to measure posts by. There’s now a counter for how many bookmarks a tweet has gotten that lives beside the retweet, quote retweet, and like numbers. The counter is currently only showing up for iOS users who visit the tweet details page, but a help document says there are “plans to expand.”
Unlike other metrics, you can’t tap the bookmarks counter to see who’s added it to their list. According to the Twitter Support account, “bookmarks are still private” and the company will “never display which accounts have added a Tweet to their Bookmarks.”

Another 10,000 Meta employees will lose their jobs, Mark Zuckerberg has announced, and the company will close around 5,000 roles they were hiring for. The cuts come just months after Meta, Facebook’s parent company, laid off 11,000 employees.

Microsoft Signs Another Call of Duty Deal In Bid To Impress Regulators
Started in 2017, Boosteroid boasts 4 million streaming customers using servers based in nine European countries and six US states. Those customers pay 7.50 euro per month to stream games from those servers to any smartphone, Windows/Mac/Linux-based PC, or Android TV device. Boosteroid currently links to users’ accounts on other PC-based platforms — including Steam, the Epic Games Store, Blizzard’s Battle.net, EA’s Origin, the Rockstar Game Launcher, and Wargaming — and lets them play games from those services without having to install them on a local gaming PC. With this new deal, that access will expand to include games available through Microsoft’s Xbox app on the PC.
