Experiencer Claims That He SHOT & KILLED HIS ALIEN HYBRID DAUGHTER!
A multiple experiencer, who happens to be a law enforcement officer, was shown a young hybrid girl that he knew was his daughter. He states that he was so disgusted that he shot and killed her.
I recently received the following account:
“I have been visited by otherworldly beings since 1974. I’ve had missing time many times over the past 48 years, and have been abducted countless times.
I did have one experience in 1999 that I had reoccurring dreams, a night that happened at my home in northern Wisconsin. I remember being taken from my bed, being led into my living room. I remember seeing things around me. I was shown a young girl 12 years old or so.
I remember knowing that I was the child’s father. I remember being so angry, that I was used over years to create this abomination. I had, for as long as I can remember, maybe 25 years, kept a gun in my bed, under my pillow. I had it in my hand. I remember being so angry that I was able to pull free, and I shot and killed the girl. I am a law enforcement officer. Since that day, I put it away, and I have trouble handling it.
After shooting the girl, I remember being punished. I have had lumps in my arms that hurt and remain today. Each time that they come, they find different ways to make me suffer.
All this time I hesitate to tell anyone else about any of my sightings, but I did report my story to MUFON. They called me and made me feel like a criminal.” GB
NOTE: I contacted the experiencer. We talked briefly, but it was obvious that he later felt guilty about what he did. He told me that the physical punishment that he endures since the incident is harsh and very painful. It has been so bad on some occasions that he wished that they would just end his life. He did share a few photographs of physical scars that he carries but refused to allow me to post them. At this point, his anguish appears to get the best of him. Lon

Questionable Rumor Claims iOS 17 Features Redesigned Maps Lock Screen
Currently in iOS 16, when real-time Maps directions are active and the iPhone is locked, the Maps app takes over the screen and all other Lock Screen elements are hidden. According to Twitter account Analyst941, this will change in iOS 17, with Maps directions including live visual map data taking over a portion of the Lock Screen, but with app notifications and the Camera and Flashlight buttons remaining at the base of the display.
The leaker claims that app notifications will still be accessible by swiping up on the screen, while the physical act of unlocking the iPhone will remain a seamless transition. According to Analyst941, the new Maps Lock Screen interface will be coming to “all iPhones.”
This is the first time we have heard about specific changes to Maps for iOS 17, and the leaker has made several other claims about iOS 17 that have yet to be corroborated. This rumor, and others like it, should therefore be taken with a grain of salt.
Bloomberg‘s Mark Gurman has expressed doubt about Analyst941’s claims and believes that some of the information is inaccurate. We’ll know more about their accuracy in just under a month when Apple unveils iOS 17, watchOS 10, and other updates at the June 5 WWDC keynote.

Nvidia Details ‘Neural Texture Compression’, Claims Significant Improvements
Games today use highly-detailed textures that can quickly fill the frame buffer on many graphics cards, leading to stuttering and game crashes in recent AAA titles for many gamers… [T]he most promising development in this direction so far comes from Nvidia — neural texture compression could reduce system requirements for future AAA titles, at least when it comes to VRAM and storage…. In a research paper published this week, the company details a new algorithm for texture compression that is supposedly better than both traditional block compression (BC) methods as well as other advanced compression techniques such as AVIF and JPEG-XL.
The new algorithm is simply called neural texture compression (NTC), and as the name suggests it uses a neural network designed specifically for material textures. To make this fast enough for practical use, Nvidia researchers built several small neural networks optimized for each material… [T]extures compressed with NTC preserve a lot more detail while also being significantly smaller than even these same textures compressed with BC techniques to a quarter of the original resolution… Researchers explain the idea behind their approach is to compress all these maps along with their mipmap chain into a single file, and then have them be decompressed in real time with the same random access as traditional block texture compression…
However, NTC does have some limitations that may limit its appeal. First, as with any lossy compression, it can introduce visual degradation at low bitrates. Researchers observed mild blurring, the removal of fine details, color banding, color shifts, and features leaking between texture channels. Furthermore, game artists won’t be able to optimize textures in all the same ways they do today, for instance, by lowering the resolution of certain texture maps for less important objects or NPCs. Nvidia says all maps need to be the same size before compression, which is bound to complicate workflows. This sounds even worse when you consider that the benefits of NTC don’t apply at larger camera distances.
Perhaps the biggest disadvantages of NTC have to do with texture filtering. As we’ve seen with technologies like DLSS, there is potential for image flickering and other visual artifacts when using textures compressed through NTC. And while games can utilize anisotropic filtering to improve the appearance of textures in the distance at a minimal performance cost, the same isn’t possible with Nvidia’s NTC at this point.

Niantic refutes claims of dwindling revenue, reaffirms Pokemon Go’s robust performance
Niantic Labs has denied a report that Pokemon Go revenue is down to its lowest since 2018.
Yesterday, MobileGamer.biz reported March revenue for Pokemon Go was down to $42.8 million, compared to $58 million in February. It also reported that April revenue dropped even further to $34.7 million.
That figure would make Niantic’s total monthly total the lowest it’s been since February 2018, according to the data gleaned from AppMagic.
