Daily Deals: You Can Preorder Tears of the Kingdom and Jedi Survivor Each for $59.99
Just because it’s the weekend doesn’t mean there aren’t some good deals going on right now. You can still use the code IGNZLDA to secure The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom for $59.99, plus one of the best low-cost TCL 4KTVs is back down to its must-grab sale price. Here are the bestb deals for April 22, 2023.
Use Code ‘IGNZLDA’ to Save $10 on Tears of the Kingdom
There are few games as anticipated in 2023 as The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and I’m not just speaking for myself here. The vast majority of people are pretty stoked on it, and those who aren’t don’t need to explain themselves. To each their own, I say. Use the code IGNZLDA to get $10, making it the same price as every other new Switch game.
Save $10 on Jedi Survivor Preorders at Newegg
Here’s another massive game hitting soon. Jedi Survivor comes out April 28, and if you preorder it for Xbox at Newegg and use the code SWSVV you can save $10, which is pretty great. This is another game I’m really excited about, but I think Jedi Survivors will probably be eclipsed by Tears of the Kingdom for me.
Great Price on a TCL 55″ Roku 4-Series TV at Walmart
I cannot recommend this TV enough at this price. It’s the exact price I paid for when I got mine a couple years back, and mine is an older model. It’s a great TV for a great price, and if you want good 4K picture with Roku functionality, this is the choice to make. Now go get lost on the streets of Roku City.
Save $200 on This Insane 45″ Ultrawide OLED Curved Monitor
This one is calling out to me, but I don’t have $1500 to spend right now, and even if I did, I don’t know if I have the desktop capacity to house such a large and immersive display. The vertical resolution is 1440, which is fine. You probably won’t even notice.
Huge Discount on Huge PS5 SSD
While games are getting larger and larger, storage solutions are coming down in price pretty rapidly. With 4TB of space, this should hold you over for a while, but who knows how long it is until we get the first 1TB video game download? I bet it’s sooner than any of us want to believe.
MacBook Sales: Lowest Price Ever on 2023 Model and More Deals
Three possibilities for a MacBook, three great deals. The newest model is seeing its best price ever, but the real-savings aren’t quite as massive as the refurb model from Woot. That one includes a full 1-year Apple warranty, so you don’t have to worry about it failing and finding yourself with a very attractive aluminum doorstop.
One of the Most Popular Xbox Controller Colors Is On Sale at Walmart
Everyone loves the tennis-ball colored Xbox controller. When they’re all on sale, this is always the one that sells the most. It’s pretty nice, I’ll admit, and calling it “Electric Volt” instead of ‘Tennis Ball Greenish Yellow’ is a credit to the marketing department at Microsoft.
Upgrade Your Nintendo Switch Storage for Cheap
Stop cleaning out the fridge and just upgrade your Switch storage. At 512GB, you can fit all of your games and still have room left over to download Tears of the Kingdom, which will be the Nintendo Switch’s biggest game, at least until the figure out a way to put COD Warzone on Switch.
2nd Gen Apple AirPods Pro for $199.99
No one should pay full price for AirPods, and this deal is still live. If you were on the fence before, or if you were waiting until you got paid or something, the deal remains!

Minecraft isn’t trying to “conquer each genre” with every spin-off
With the Minecraft Legends release date around the corner, PCGamesN had the chance to chat with developer Mojang all about the strategy game spin-off while at GDC 2023 in San Francisco, and we asked if the colossal crafting game is going to keep expanding into other genres, and got an interesting answer off the back of Minecraft Legends.

The songs ‘Succession’ fans associate with each character might surprise you
Now we know that Connor Roy is a Leonard Cohen guy, but have you ever imagined what music the other fictional, tortured, rich assholes listen to? Succession fans have.
The HBO dramedy’s devoted fan base doesn’t just post memes and make fan edits, they also curate playlists for each character on Spotify. There are almost 20,000 user-generated Succession playlists on Spotify. Nearly 3,400 of those playlists are for fan-favorite Kendall Roy.
The streaming platform shared some of the top tracks on user-generated playlists for the key players of Succession. They are:
Kendall Roy
“L to the OG (feat. Kendall Roy)” by Kendall Roy, Nicholas Britell
“I Bet on Losing Dogs” by Mitski
“Super Rich Kids” by Earl Sweatshirt, Frank Ocean
“this is me trying” by Taylor Swift
“An Open Letter to NYC” by Beastie Boys
“Liability” by Lorde
“Nobody” by Mitski
“Dealer” by Lana Del Rey
“A Burning Hill” by Mitski
Kendall has two top tracks drawn directly from canon: his iconic Season 2 rap, “L to the OG,” and “An Open Letter to NYC,” the song Kendall is embarrassingly rapping along to when he is introduced in the pilot episode. These two picks are juxtaposed with the devastating tracks fans have assigned to him on their own. Three Mitski songs, a Taylor Swift track, one Lorde song, and a Lana Del Rey song?! He’s fans’ favorite loser sad girl.
Roman Roy
“It’s Only Sex” by Car Seat Headrest
“Romulus” by Sufjan Stevens
“short kings anthem” by blackbear, Tiny Meat Gang
“Verbatim” by Mother Mother
“Real Men” by Mitski
“Super Rich Kids” by Earl Sweatshirt, Frank Ocean
“I Wanna Be Your Dog – 2019 Remaster” by The Stooges
“Poor Little Rich Boy” by Regina Spektor
“I Don’t Wanna Be Funny Anymore” by Lucy Dacus
Roman‘s songs are so specific and moving…and then there’s Cody Ko’s satirical rap, “short kings anthem,” which is honestly representative of how time and time again Roman falls incredibly short. Queue up “I Don’t Wanna Be Funny Anymore” and some silent tears.
Shiv Roy
“Maneater” by Nelly Furtado
“The Man” by Taylor Swift
“Money Power Glory” by Lana Del Rey
“Me and My Husband” by Mitski
“Comme Des Garçons (Like The Boys)” by Rina Sawayama
“I Did Something Bad” by Taylor Swift
“King” by Florence + The Machine
Clearly a theme here. Succession‘s resident girlboss —sorry Gerri! — is associated with girl power pop anthems. Lana Del Rey’s “Money Power Glory” feels like the most accurate selection given that Shiv desperately wants what Tom has. Speaking of, her essential Mitski track is “Me and My Husband,” yikes! She’s the only character with not one, but two Taylor Swift songs and they are two of Swift’s least evocative tracks which speaks volumes.
Cousin Greg
“My Cousin Greg” by Houndmouth
“Money, Money, Money” by ABBA
“The Adults Are Talking” by The Strokes
“Everybody Wants To Rule The World” by Tears For Fears
“Primadonna” by MARINA
“This Charming Man – 2011 Remaster” by The Smiths
“Material Girl” by Madonna
“Heaven Knows I’m Miserable Now – 2011 Remaster” by The Smiths
Mitski is to Kendall what The Smiths (?) are to Cousin Greg, apparently. Fans tap into Cousin Greg’s humble beginnings as a theme park mascot and his climb to the top of the Waystar RoyCo corporate ladder with songs like “Money, Money, Money,” “Everybody Wants to Rule The World,” and “Primadonna.” I can just imagine him listening to “Material Girl” while balling out at California Pizza Kitchen. “The Adults Are Talking Now” gets at his confused demeanor and tendency to be pulled in every direction by the Roys. It’s possibly the most eclectic group of songs of all the characters.
Connor Roy
“Fortunate Son” by Creedence Clearwater Revival
“Born in the U.S.A.” by Bruce Springsteen
“Cat’s in the Cradle” by Harry Chapin
“Born to Run” by Bruce Springsteen
“Landslide” by Fleetwood Mac
“Don’t Bring Me Down” by Electric Light Orchestra
“Dancing In the Dark” by Bruce Springsteen
“Brother Love’s Travelling Salvation Show” by Neil Diamond
“Got My Mind Set On You” by George Harrison
“Better Than Me” by The Brobecks
Unlike the other characters, the choices for Connor are all rock songs and they have to be ironic. C’mon, half these songs are about the plights of working class America! That being said, Connor is definitely the type to misread “Born in the U.S.A.” as a pro-America track. He is arguably the least-developed Roy sibling: he’s the comic relief. Rather than diving deep into his psyche, these songs lean heavily into his out-of-touch presidential campaign. His relationship with his family is hinted at with “Brother Love’s Travelling Salvation Show” and “Cat’s in the Cradle,” and “Got My Mind Set On You” and “Better Than Me” reference his relationship with Willa.
Logan Roy
“My Way” by Frank Sinatra
“First Love/Late Spring” by Mitski
“Punisher” by Phoebe Bridgers
“Boss Bitch” by Doja Cat
“New Person, Same Old Mistakes” by Tame Impala
“Needed Me” by Rihanna
“Come As You Are – Remastered” by Nirvana
“All I Do Is Win (feat. T-Pain, Ludacris, Snoop Dogg & Rick Ross)” by DJ Khaled
I would rather not enter the disturbed headspace of Logan Roy, but some fans have been so brave. I’ll give them credit, because Logan is going to have it his way! I really don’t see the vision here in these song choices. Perhaps we should keep Mitski and Phoebe Bridgers away from him.

God Of War’s Christopher Judge Calls For End To Console War: “Give Each Other A Break”
God of War actor Christopher Judge, who plays Kratos, has called for the gaming community to be nice to one another, no matter what platform they play on. Appearing at the BAFTA Game Awards on Thursday night, where he won the award for Performer in a Leading Role for Kratos in God of War Ragnarok, Judge used his speech to call for gaming fans to come together.
“Thank you to the fans,” he said, as reported by VGC. “Be easier on each other. You all have more in common than what separates you,” Judge said. “No matter what platform you love, no matter what game you love, you’re still part of the gaming community, and give each other a break.”
The God of War development team faced abuse and negative comments from people in the gaming community before Ragnarok released in November 2022. Things got so bad that developer Santa Monica Studio put out a statement calling on fans to communicate their opinions with respect. Fans’ enthusiasm for the god of War series “should not be toxic nor come at the expense of any human being’s dignity.”

The Best Bodybuilding Workout for Each Body Part
Simple bodybuilding programs are a little too easy to find. You could pull them from fitness magazines — those ghost-written workouts that your favorite bodybuilders supposedly follow. You could roll the dice and ask an artificial intelligence chatbot to generate one for you. Or, you could attempt to develop one for yourself. Just a few problems there. The…
