Normal People star Paul Mescal reveals bizarre thing he thinks about during sex scenes
ACTOR Paul Mescal says he thinks about delicious food during sex scenes.
The Irish star, 26, told a podcast: “I’m always thinking about food during sex scenes.
“That’s an exclusive, it’s what I think about.
“I wouldn’t want to do a sex scene and draw from sex because then the worst thing could happen and then that’s it, my life is over.”
He said his face would show “absolute pleasure and ecstasy” thinking of meals.
But “everything downstairs” would be “completely chilled out”.
Paul said his mum’s onion and potato soup and a carbonara he had in Italy are among his top dishes.
Other items on his “dream menu” include buffalo chicken wings and chips, and molten chocolate cake.
He also told the podcast: “I have a fear of tomatoes.
“When I used to go to a childminder after school, she was lovely but then one day she decided for a snack that she would pull an easy single out, spray Heinz ketchup on it, rolled it up and was like: ‘Here you go!’”
