The brawlers – who all appear to be young men – can be seen wrestling with each other before one pulls out a crutch and uses it as a weapon.
The fight then escalates into an all-in brawl, with staff having to get involved.
Shouts can be heard as punches are thrown.
“What are you doing bro,” a man involved in the incident said.
“Leave bro.”
One of the yobs involved in the fight then pulled out a massive knife.
The brawl then spills out to the ordering counter area and eventually the group of thugs leave the premises.
McDonald’s and the Met Police have been contacted for comment.
The horrifying clip shocked viewers on social media who shared their disapproval of the situation.
“Does everyone in the UK carry a knife around,” a Twitter user said.
“This is embarrassing,” one said.
“I cannot believe these things happen in McDonald’s,” another said.
The chaotic incident follows the closure of the world’s “worst” McDonald’s that encountered more than 900 fights at its premises.
In September last year, a customer was knocked to the ground with one punch as two men exchanged harsh words.

Apple has stopped rolling out an optional Home app upgrade after users began reporting issues with the software. “We temporarily removed the option to upgrade to the new Home architecture,” the company says on a support page spotted by MacRumors. “The option to upgrade will return soon. If you already upgraded, you are unaffected by this change.”
Released as a part of iOS 16.2 and macOS Ventura 13.1 on December 13th, the recalled update was an upgrade to HomeKit’s underlying architecture. Apple said the rewrite would make the platform “more reliable and efficient.” However, some of those who installed the software quickly encountered issues, including select Siri terms not working correctly and their smart home devices not showing up within the Home app. MacRumors was one of the first publications to spot that Apple had removed the option to install the upgrade. The company later confirmed the move after The Verge contacted it.
“We are aware of an issue that may impact the ability for users to share the Home within the Home app. A fix will be available soon,” an Apple spokesperson told the outlet. “In the meantime, we’ve temporarily removed the option to upgrade to the new Home architecture. Users who have already upgraded will not be impacted.” If you’ve already installed the new architecture, you’ll need to wait for Apple to release a fix for the software; there’s no option to revert to the older framework.

Apple Pulls iOS 16.2 Option to Upgrade to New Home Architecture
Upgrading the Home architecture requires that all devices accessing the home be updated to the latest operating system version, so many users have yet to take the leap, but users who have upgraded have reported some issues. Amidst those reports, it now appears Apple has removed the option for users to upgrade their Home app architecture.
Issues reported by users include HomeKit devices stuck in an “updating” or “configuring” status, devices going missing entirely, invitations to share the Home with other users failing, HomeKit Secure Video recording not working, and more.
Upgrading to the new Home app architecture is a user-initiated process in the Software Update section of Home Settings in the Home app, and as of a few hours ago, the option to upgrade no longer appears in the app. As a result, users who have yet to move to the new architecture will be unable to do so until Apple reenables the option. Users who have already upgraded will remain on the new architecture and can not revert to the previous one.
Update: Apple has confirmed in a support document that the new Home architecture update has been temporarily removed, and that the option to upgrade “will return soon.”
