Jilted farmer stuffed apples into exhaust of Tinder lover’s car after he ended their fling
A JILTED farmer stuffed apples into the exhaust of her Tinder lover’s car.
Melanie Meigh, 20, turned up at Jack McMahon’s home after he ended their on-off fling.
She spray-painted an obscenity on the wall, let down his tyres, sprayed his exhaust and filled it with apples she had grabbed from a tree.
Meigh also stole cash, Mr McMahon’s passport and a set of spanners.
She went on to make taunting phone calls.
Meigh bragged: “Hope you like apples”, “Cheers for the spanners”, and “I have your passport.”
She also damaged his bike and sprayed another obscenity on his mother’s gate.
The couple met on Tinder and were together for three weeks in Tarporley, Cheshire.
Meigh admitted eight charges including harassment.
The court heard she is currently expecting a child by a different man.
Nastasha McAdam, prosecuting, said: “The complainant and the defendant had known each other for approximately three weeks after meeting on Tinder.
“They were not in a real relationship though they were intimate on several occasions.
“The defendant was there with a friend and was abusive and threatening.”
Meigh was given a community order, a £120 fine and told to pay £100 compensation.
She had offences of common assault and battery on her record from February 2021 involving her adopted mother.
Meigh is currently awaiting the results of a DNA test to confirm whether another ex-boyfriend is the father of her unborn child.
Warrington magistrates also imposed a restraining order.

I spent $1,700 on used Kardashian clothes & found the grossest item stuffed in Kim’s designer boots
A YOUTUBER spent $1,700 on used clothes from the Kardashians and says she found the grossest item stuffed in Kim’s designer boot.
Beauty YouTuber, Laura Lee, has over four million subscribers on the platform where she creates content on makeup and fashion.
YouTube star Laura Lee shelled out hundreds for clothing used by the Kardashians[/caption]
When she reached into the boot to try it on, Lee felt something disturbing[/caption]
While trying the boots on for her unboxing video, the star learned exactly why superstar Kim would get rid of the leather shoes.
Laura bought two shirts, a pair of pants, a skirt, and one pair of boots from Kardashian Kloset, all of which previously belonged to members of the famous family.
With shipping and taxes, the order total came out to $1,783.40. Almost half that amount came from one item: a pair of boots previously owned by Kim Kardashian.
Lee saved the boots to open and try on last, first choosing to unwrap a Charlotte Knowles shirt that had belonged to Kylie Jenner.
“It smells like a person,” Lee said, taking a deep whiff.
The sheer, periwinkle top had long sleeves and a high, lettuce-scalloped neckline, both 1990s design elements that Kylie has embraced.
“It’s very trendy right now,” Lee said. “I’m into it, it’s very cute.”
The Olivia von Halle skirt once belonged to model Kendall Jenner[/caption]
Next up was a long, black skirt by Olivia von Halle, one of Kendall Jenner’s favorite designers.
“I can definitely see Kendall wearing a skirt like this,” Lee said as she inspected the silky fabric.

The simple skirt was just a little shorter than floor-length, with a slim silhouette that still allowed for draping.
“It’s very elegant, very classic. I don’t see any signs of staining, wear or tear,” she added.
The collared shirt was meant to be worn with gaps between the embellished buttons[/caption]
The next item Lee unwrapped, a Callipygian ribbed button-down with a collar, was in line with Kendall’s style as well.
“This top is adorable,” a pleased Lee declared as she inspected the shiny buttons. And at $100, the top didn’t break the bank.
Lee said she spent more money on this batch of Kardashian clothes than on some of her other hauls, but most of the items were actually less expensive than what’s often on offer on the website.
“The pieces I got were not that crazy,” Lee explained.
The black trousers from Kylie’s closet were new with the tag[/caption]
Returning to Kylie’s closet for another piece of clothing, Lee revealed a pair of new-with-tag Markoo leather pants.
“They’re a pleated trouser and they’re so heavy and nice feeling,” Lee described.
But she had reservations about the built-in belted waistband. “I don’t know that they’re going to fit,” she admitted.
Lee spent $800 on the black boots, which at first seemed to be in perfect condition[/caption]
Finally, Lee unwrapped the item she was most excited about: black Aquazzura boots, once owned by Kim Kardashian.
Lee spent $800 on the tall, black boots, which were luckily her size.
“I’m impressed by how much cooler they look in person than online,” an excited Lee told viewers.
Upon her initial inspection, Lee said the boots seemed to be unworn.
“They look like they’re pretty much in mint condition, they look perfect,” Lee said.
“Maybe she tried them on and they didn’t work out.”
Lee was eager to try on the boots, but when she reached into one of them, she pulled out a stained, dirty rag.
A dirty rag was reportedly stuffed inside the boots Lee bought[/caption]
“I just pulled a dirty rag out of my used Kardashian boot,” Lee said, brandishing the cloth at the camera.
“I don’t know whose dirty cloth this is. What if one of her kids put it in there?” she theorized.
Once the rag was set aside, Lee tried the boots on. At first, the boots seemed snug on her calves, but still very chic – then she made a devastating discovery
“Just standing here, the boot broke already,” Lee said in disbelief.
She held her foot up to the camera to show where the heel of her $800 boots had simply popped right off.
“No wonder Kim doesn’t want these boots,” Lee said. “They’re terrible. The boots are trash.”
Luckily, the rest of Lee’s items were a better fit, with the exception of the leather trousers that were extra long on five-foot-four Lee.
“I thought these would be cute and I was dead wrong,” Lee said.
The leather trousers proved to be much too long for Lee[/caption]
Fortunately, the skirt and tops fit Lee and she liked their look[/caption]
Fully electric Skoda Vision has 7 seats & is stuffed with recycled materials. It’s greener than The Hulk
I GOT a memo from the boss telling me it is Green Week – so to write about something appropriate.
How about this for you, Boss?
You don’t get much greener than this.
This seven-seat Skoda is fully electric, stuffed with recycled materials – and it’s greener than The Hulk after he’s had ten pints.
The cabin floor is made from recycled car tyres – and looks wicked.
The seat fabric is 100-per-cent recycled polyester.

To cut plastics, magnets hold everything from smartphones to metal water bottles securely in place.
No doubt you will have spotted the central baby seat. That WON’T make the real car coming in 2026.
But Skoda might be on to something here, as it is the safest place in a car.
Instead, the real car will have three rows of seats, 2+3+2.

It will also have normal doors. Not those huge rear-hinged doors which are purely to show off the “vision” car’s interior.
Hop inside and the ballerina in Greta’s jewellery box is that rotating central touchscreen.
In Drive mode, it’s upright. In Relax mode, it switches to widescreen for games while recharging.
The software is mega, too.
For example, animated woodland animals pop up on the satnav screen as you pass a forest. Great for kids.
I’m sure we’ll get something similar in 2026. But maybe not drugs and guns in cities.
As for range, the 89kWh battery will do 370 miles, so it’s more likely you’ll need to stop to refuel before the car does.
Expect prices from £50k-£55k.
Do you like it on the outside?
We do. It’s very Range Rover from certain angles. Which is no bad thing.
And Jeep, famous for its seven-slot grille, will be flattered with the, er, seven slots in the bumpers.
Designers insist they were inspired by the grooves in bicycle helmets, with the speckled flecks similar to a pair of Nike Airs.

The matte-green paint adds to the “lifestyle attitude”.
Another thing. The “tech deck” at the front of the car, which conceals the cameras and sensors, is supposed to mimic the Mandalorian helmet from Star Wars.
That will please the kiddies. And Rishi Sunak.
Skoda already sells two battery-powered cars – Enyaq and Enyaq Coupe – and will have three more by 2026.
We’ll get a Karoq-sized SUV in 2024, a smaller Kamiq-sized crossover in 2025, then this.

After that, you can expect Octavia – the heart of Skoda – to have pure-electric versions alongside petrol hybrids.
Proper green team.
