Techland has announced a new release date for the Blood Ties DLC, the first post-release story content drop for Dying Light 2.
Originally set to release earlier this before being moved into September, Bloody Ties will now arrive on PC alongside PlayStation and Xbox consoles October 13.
The DLC will feature new challenges and quests, arena fights, new weapon fights, and more as you try to reach Carnage Hall.
The first story DLC for Dying Light 2, Bloody Ties, will debut in a world premiere trailer at gamescom Opening Night Live on August 23.

Originally set to release earlier this year, Bloody Ties was moved into September so that Techland could give the DLC the “absolute highest level of polish” to meet players’ expectations.
Hundreds of employees at TikTok’s parent company ByteDance used to work for Chinese state media outlets — and more than a dozen apparently still do, Forbes reports.
Forbes surveyed LinkedIn profiles of ByteDance and TikTok employees and found that 300 people had previously worked for state media entities, with current roles at the tech firm including content partnerships, strategy, policy, monetization, and “media cooperation.”
Of the profiles Forbes reviewed, 15 suggested that the ByteDance employees work at the tech firm and state media outlets simultaneously.
