I’m a gym girl – I get trolled for how I act during my workouts, people say I’m ‘trash’ but I just dance it off
A FITNESS lover has danced her way into the hearts of many with her carefree attitude about the opinions of her critics.
She was trolled for how she records and acts out in the gym, but instead of reacting negatively, she chose to dance it off.
Fitness trainer Mon gets trolled for how she acts in the gym[/caption]
Mona Huygelen (@monahuygelen) is a fitness trainer and wellness enthusiast.
Her vibrant energy takes center stage in many of her TikTok videos.
In one particular video, she was quick to clap back at people who criticized her for recording her gym antics and posting them on social media.
Huygelen used her spunky sense of humor, athletic ability, and dance skills to show them that she doesn’t care at all.
At the start of the video, the blonde appeared to be in a gym environment and surrounded by exercise equipment.
She wore lilac purple shorts, a black sports bra, and black exercise sneakers.
A comment from a viewer left on another video was pinned at the top right.
It read: “People recording themselves at the gym is the most pathetic thing known to man. On top of that she acts like this was accident. TRASH.”
In response to the critic’s statement, she twerked all over the equipment at each gym station and looked as if she was having the time of her life.
At the end of the video, she let out an excited cheer and came close to the camera to stick her tongue out.
The video was well received by many people and they made that clear in the comment section of the video.
“Love your confidence. I love the gym. It’s all I have. I followed you. You’re so lean and strong! Get those gains girl! You’re a BEAST!” an admirer wrote.
“Well, that’s one way to tell someone where to stick their opinions,” a viewer commented.
“If they were as hot as you, they would too,” another added.

She had an interesting take on going to the gym with lots of passion and ambition.
“Things they never tell you about going to the gym ‘Horny 24/7,’” she said.
She adjusted her yellow leggings, showing off her butt, and started working out her glutes on a machine.
“To all my gym girls who struggle with multiple exercises on leg day, I’m telling you to try “ GOOD MORNING “ on the hack machine it hit different,” she advised.
“It work your glutes , quads, and hamstrings.”
People were inspired by her demonstration of the “Good Morning” routine.
Some were a little too inspired.
“Have started questioning my sexuality,” said one commenter.
“Don’t ask me the color of anything,” said another.
“Yellow bro yellow,” replied a helpful viewer.
“As a woman am not even focused,” said a third.
Try These Biceps Workouts Without Weights for Muscle, Strength, and Fat Loss
Ask 1,000 random lifters if they desire more muscular arms and very few (honest) souls will tell you “no.” The biceps are among the most visible body parts, and an impressive set of guns will usually make heads spin. Apple Fitness+ to Add Kickboxing Workouts, Sleep Meditations, and More
Apple says that kickboxing workouts can help to build full-body fitness, strength, stamina, coordination, and balance. Each workout will involve a distinct round of moves followed by a final round that combines the previous moves. No equipment is required, and workouts will be 10, 20, or 30 minutes long. It will be led by Jamie-Ray Hartshorne and Nez Dally – a new trainer joining the Fitness+ team. Kickboxing will launch on the platform starting on Monday, January 9.
Fitness+ will also launch two new workout Collections, including “6 Weeks to Restart Your Fitness” and “Level Up Your Core Training,” on January 9 and January 23. Other than Nez Dally, two other new trainers are also set to join the Fitness+ team, with Brian Cochrane for HIIT and Jenn Lau for Strength.
Sleep joins the nine other themes in the Apple Fitness+ Meditation library, helping users to wind down before bed and drift off to sleep. Users are encouraged to begin with the Introduction to Meditations for Sleep program. New sleep meditations will be added every week.
Artist Spotlight, which dedicates an entire workout playlist to a single artist, will offer seven new workouts featuring Beyoncé and songs from her latest album, “RENAISSANCE.” Artist Spotlights on the Foo Fighters will be available from January 16, followed by a spotlight on Bad Bunny from January 23.
