I’m 46 but people think I look much younger – my anti-aging secret is an alcoholic beverage but I don’t drink it
AGING gracefully is becoming more achievable for women all over the world.
It turns out that there’s an alcoholic beverage that helps people look more youthful than ever — depending on how you use it.
A 46-year-old woman shares her skincare beauty tip with thousands of TikTokers[/caption]
The beauty expert uses Sake as her personal Japanese secret for a youthful glow[/caption]
Drinking alcoholic beverages is known to age people faster because alcohol is filled with toxins.
Heavy drinking can directly impact your health from the inside out, but what if you used alcohol for a different purpose?
Beauty expert Olga, who goes by @NaturalFaceBible on TikTok, uploaded a video with a genius tip.
Sake is a popular Japanese drink that’s already carved a place for itself in history.
It’s made by fermenting polished rice and generally has a sweet taste to it.
A typical bottle of Sake contains about 14 to 16 percent of alcohol.
It doesn’t need to be consumed orally for those who want to maintain a youthful glow though.
The nutrients from Sake are what you would use when taking great care of your skin.
The beauty expert revealed what her 46-year-old skin looks like after using a Japanese beauty secret that involves Sake as the main ingredient.
She says: “If you only drink Sake, your skin is missing out on its superpower skin benefits.”
“[My] Japanese skincare routine to fade dark spots and prevent aging,” her caption adds.
Responding to commenters, Olga explained that the sake must be mixed with powder and water and then applied.
“Amazing stuff for skin!” she said.
Another person asked: “Correct me if I’m wrong, but isn’t Sake alcohol? And isn’t alcohol not good for the skin?”
To that, the skincare pro responded by saying: “[It’s just] nutrients left from the yeast remains in Sakekasu, including carbohydrates, protein, fibers, vitamin B.”
Meanwhile, other commenters have raved about her youthful appearance.
“You look so young!” wrote one, while another added: “This better be me at 46.”

People say I must be a vampire because I look so much younger than my age – the 4 skincare tips I swear by

She said tretinoin cream changed her skin and has been using it for 15 years[/caption]
Most people believed she was in her 20s, but turns out she’s double that age – and it’s all thanks to her skincare routine.
And though it may seem like she’s discovered the fountain of youth, she credits her appearance to four specific skincare products that she’s been using for over 15 years.
She shared the routine on her TikTok account which has nearly 50,000 followers.
TRETINOIN CREAM
First, Lancaster revealed she uses a tretinoin cream, which she attributed to “changing my skin.”

“I’m 41 years old and I credit this little tube right here,” she said at the time.
Tretinoin can stimulate collagen production and it’s scientifically proven to change your skin.
She did warn, though, that tretinoin is not for every skin type and you will need a prescription from a dermatologist.
VITAMIN C SERUM
Next, she expressed her love for the SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic serum.

The model said: “The combo of all of these ingredients is what makes this so effective.”
“Vitamin C is a very trendy ingredient right now, but it’s not always effective.”
According to SkinCeuticals, this serum’s combination of 15 percent pure vitamin C, 1 percent vitamin E, and 0.5 percent ferulic acid can improve “the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, loss of firmness, and brightens skin’s complexion.”
MOISTURIZER WITH PETROLATUM
Another product Lancaster said she “swears by” is Pond’s Dry Skin Facial Moisturizer, which only costs about $6.
What puts this moisturizer above the rest is its use of petrolatum aka petroleum jelly, which acts as a sealant.
A sealant basically “creates a physical barrier that prevents moisture from leaving the skin,” according to Cerave.
A SEALANT
The last of Lancaster’s favorite skincare products is the Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream.
“You guys, this stuff has been around for decades, I’m obsessed with it.
“I mean people have raved about it forever,” she said.
You can specifically use the cream on your lips, cuticles, hands, heels, and as the last step in your skincare routine to seal in moisture.
VIEWERS’ REACTIONS
In the comment section, many people said they trusted Lancaster’s advice because of her age.
“As soon as you said you were 41 I decided I will do whatever you tell me to do,” one comment read.
Someone else wrote: “You did not say 41. OK, I want to know everything about you now cuz I’m pretty sure you’re a vampire!!”
Another added: “I was just about to swipe away bc I’m over learning about skincare from teens. DID YOU SAY YOU’RE 41??? I’m going to the dermatologist asap.”
“Omg I almost scrolled past because I thought “what does this 25-year-old know,’” someone else quipped.
